-AC was not working. It was humid inside room. Requested staff 3 times at night to switch on AC. If you open balcony, the noise and bad smell from train station flows to room. My full day was spoiled and couldn't enjoy the places due to tiredness. When I complaint next day to Hotel Manager, then AC was switched on but then I had to leave next day early morning to Switzerland. Their excuse was till summer they don't switch on AC which I feel not logic. It was that humid.

The location was excellent, right across from the metro station. The room was a little tight for our family of four but we were happy they could accommodate us in one room. Breakfast was great with fresh coffee, eggs, pastries and other tasty treats. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly.

Very clean & comfortable, smart decor, efficient & friendly staff, brilliant breakfast and because we had a rear facing room (overlooking a somewhat nondescript courtyard) a quiet and peaceful sleep. Catching a train from Gare de Lyon is just an easy 2 min walk away.

The service in the hotel restaurant can be improved. Not very welcoming, started argue with me when I asked whether It can be charged to my hotel room, kept saying 'you have to pay' 'you have to pay '.......as if I did not want to pay, embarrassing, with other customers looking at me.

The room was small, but clean and quiet as I requested, I supposed it's a small single room. Overall it's OK. The hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. Location is very good with easy transportation.

The traffic! The traffic is constant, all day and all night, and everybody drives with one hand on the horn, so the noise is constant and very loud all night too.

The hotel is very helpfully situated opposite the Gare de Lyon, as promised, and is easy to find. The room was big enough for one, and had a tiny balcony outside as well. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, and very friendly. They spoke excellent English. It has a lift, which is great for getting heavy suitcases up to the fifth floor; the lift is tiny, just about room for 2 people with cases, possibly four without. There is also a spiral staircase for walking back down. There are cafes right outside the hotel entrance.

The bed is not the comfiest but the worst either. The room was small but it was clear on the description.

Perfect location near Gare de Lyon and the Line 1. Perfect to visit Paris and to explore some other cities in France in a day trip. Nice quiet area.

Small family room size, very tight for 4. Bathroom water temperature kept fluctuating between hot and cold.

Location is good, next to train, Metro and bus stops. Many food options nearby. Staff very responsive to our queries before arrival.

I am furious my deposit of €220 was not credited back to ny card immediately. We checked out early on 1st March. It is now late on 4th March & I have not received the refund. I am desperate for this money & would ask you to credit my card NOW. Please do not tell me it is the banks fault as modern banking allows faster payments to be made. The hotel literature implies the refund is made on check out. Why has that not happened. Whilst we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Terminus this issue with non urgent refund of my deposit has caused me very much distress.

The location was excellent since we had to take the train very early on the next day and the area had a lot of bars and restaurants (supermarket was very close too) I liked the staff, very polite and helpful The room was fine !

The staff was super nice and helpful!! We felt very welcomed. The cleaning woman was also very lovely. The location is perfect except maybe the non stop cafe below.
