My experience at this hotel was disappointing and not as expected. The presence of a strong urine odor throughout the premises was unpleasant. The hotel's advertised photos did not accurately reflect the actual conditions, which felt more in line with a budget motel despite the high cost. Upon arrival, it was quite misleading to see the Hôtel Campanile logo on display. However, this led to a dark and somewhat concerning residential building, which was heavily gated, likely due to the surrounding neighborhood appearing unsafe and poorly lit. When we tried to gain entry by calling the number listed on the gate, the response was far from accommodating. The person on the other end refused to open the gate, claiming we should contact the hotel instead. The location of our hotel room in a dark back alley that resembled a garage or storage area was far from reassuring. The noticeable presence of people urinating in the vicinity, with the pervasive smell of urine, made us quite uncomfortable. My wife expressed her concerns about the safety of the place, and we decided to lock our door securely. I would recommend considering the nearby IBIS Hotel as an alternative, as my experience with this hotel was far from satisfactory.

My stay was generally comfortable, with the bathtub, free instant coffee, and air conditioning enhancing the experience. However, there was an issue with the toilet not functioning properly, which was a bit of a drawback.

Mold in the bathroom. Nasty smell. Airconditioning wasn't working. The heater was pulled off the wall. What felt like fleas. No towels.

The gated community gave the illusion that the hotel would be nice. That was quite the contrary. The grounds needed to be cleaned and our room was on the backside with a lot of trees. There were a lot of mosquitoes and other crawly bugs in our room. The hotel room looked as if someone cleaned, but they did a poor job cleaning. The toilet didn't work and the room had a strong musty smell. It was the most uncomfortable night and I was happy to leave. I would not stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it to others.

Location was hard to find. Room felt to closed in. Shutters outside were closed . No light. Went down to breakfast and ended up leaving due to overcrowding, no plates, not enough food for everyone. Asked a member of staff for a plate. He had to clear the tables to find one, never got one. Waited and waited. We left after 10 minutes. It was chaos! Other guests were using trays and serviettes as plates.

Room smelled like toilet and humid, difficult to open the window then everyone at the hotel will see your room.. reminds American motels. Cheap and serves the purpose. Expensive drinks at the restaurant for a place like this.

I really liked the hotel, given the fairly reasonable price. The room is clean, there is a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, glasses. Very quiet place and there is a restaurant. Most importantly - the friendly staff.

The cleanliness was not present. 2 days over 3, when I came back in the room I found as I had left in the morning. Bed not done. Bathroom not cleaned, No clean towels at all, no toilet paper... Toilet dirty. The first time I showed my room to the receptionist (see attached pictures) and he was sorry for the situation, ensured me it won't happen again, but anyway did not call anybody to clean. The day after I found again the room dirty. Was clear that no one was there to clean. The second time in a row! I complained again with the same receptionist that told me he cannot do nothing. He was not able neither to call some responsible guy of the hotel to explain the situation. Our agreement was I had to pay less of the rate agreed on Booking. So the receptionist printed an invoice with the total price I should have payed normally and the price we agree (202% less, see the picture attached) and he accepted this payement.

Just the position related to work. 20 minutes to reach Marelli and not to much traffic on the road. Smoking area was good.

The buffet didn't have a lot of options and it was not replenished. The coffee machine had run out of milk and we had make ourselves content with some juice. we should have gone to a nearby patisserie instead of paying for breakfast here.

NO TOILET SEAT, curtains were torn, tea and coffee were offered but no cattle to boil water was placed, phone was broken, so reception couldn’t reach out to say they can’t find a toilet seat for my family with 2 toddlers.
