Be careful on the stairs at night, they are nice but it is easy to go over the edge if you are sleepy or drunk. I had no problem but it is worth noting.

Glad there was an elevator and having the fob made it easier to get in and out. Great location, near everything. Very clean and it was nice to have a washer. The fans also helped.

Advertised with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but bedrooms are not individual rooms, and there is only one bathroom with no WC, and one toilet. Also, there is no room for bicycles

The entrance and the stairs were super dark, and spooky that it needed courage (and a few minutes) for me to go in. The caracole is stone-made (historical?), something like I've seen in Rapunzel movies. I have travelled to many places all around the world, but mainly in big hotels, so I first didn't notice the elevator that only fits one skinny person + suitcase. If you are traveling in a group, you may have to take the elevators separately one or two people at a time. For anyone staying in from now --> THE LIGHTS OF THE ENTRANCE HALL WAY IS ON YOUR LEFT RIGHT AFTER YOU ENTER THE BUILDING! THE ELEVATOR IS IN THE BACK OF THE HALLWAY JUST BEFORE THE CIRCULAR STAIRCASE (ON YOUR LEFT). THERE IS A LIGHT FOR THE STAIRS, ON THE 1ST FL AND IN FRONT OF YOUR DOOR, BUT THE LIGHTS WILL GO OFF IN A CERTAIN TIMING, SO I RECOMMEND YOU TO MOVE QUICKLY ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE USING THE STAIRS. THE LIGHTS WILL GO OFF SUDDENLY AND YOU WILL SEE NOTHING.

The location was nice, but as there are many restaurants and bars near by (especially the one downstairs), it is pretty noisy outside until about 1am. I don't care the noise at all so it wasn't a problem for me. The room was so large (as I stayed alone), I think a family stay would be very nice.

Mezzanie studio was good, enough room for a family of 3. Just needed to get used to not hitting head on ceiling. Good amenities. Can wash clothes.

no privacy for 3 rooms as there was a curtain in a windowless room separating from master bedroom; living room sofa bed was separated by see through windows to master; small lift for 1person with suitcase; narrow spiral staircase; toilet without sink in room; noise and cigarette smoke from night life bars downstairs but was okay in winter as we kept windows closed.

fabulous location as was excellent to bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and sights; right at the thick of it!; we love that you can walk everywhere; spacious for 5pp; in a solid 1600 year old property; washing machine and hairdryer was available; full kitchen including microwave and stove; large one bathroom;

The building is dark and not very welcoming: You have to climb an ancient spiral staircase to get to the apartment on the 3rd floor (elevator out of order). The bed on the higher floor hardly has any headroom.

Central location, clean, good amenities. Perfect instructions on entering and using the apartment.

The property states that there is aircon but there are only several fans available. It can get sweltering hot in summer so if you tend to be hot it might not be the way to go. The beds and bedding was clean bit the kitchen was a bit dirty with a spidery house guest in the corner. Also not many utensils or cooking equipment so definitely more suited for dinning out.

The noise from the bars nearby (we went in november and hoped it would be beter then in summer (see comments) was very loud! The second room isn´t a real room. It is a ´place´ with a bed, no window, and a curtain instead of a door. We were 2 friends, not partners and we used the 2 rooms. Bur for eg 2 couples, i wouldn´t recommend it.

The picture shows how the appartement really is. It is beautifully restored, with nice materials. The location couldn´t be beter, it´s very central. The owner reacted immediately when we had questions.

It is unclear from the pictures of the property which apartment you will get. We got the small loft. So, it is somewhat difficult to climb to one’s bed (and sometimes over one’s partner) to get in and out, as the bed consumed almost the entire loft area, without room to walk around (even if hunched over, given the very low ceiling in the loft).

The location was great! The place was also very clean.

Photos are misleading because there are two apartments. We thought we booked the larger one. We ended up sleeping in the sofa. Sofa bed wasn’t even made.

The apartment is amazing en very pretty, the couch bed is not the most comfortable but definitely okay for a couple of nights. The other beds were perfectly fine. The space is very open (windows between one of the bedroom and living) as you can see on the pictures, which some people might find annoying.

Super good communication with the host, code was provided well on time and excellent explanation. Everything went fluent!

The apartment is very small, and only has basic kitchen facilities. Our host wasn’t very helpful when it came to trying to access the apartment before 4.00pm, so we were stuck with our bags from 12.00. Communication with our host was less than ideal.

The location was fantastic. Easy access to bars, restaurants, public transport, and all the sights. Despite lots of activity in the street below, the double windows meant you couldn’t hear any noise.

Wifi did not work bed was located in loft which was cramped, but we used sofa bed which was fine, and comfortable small problem with fridge when we arrived but sorted out without much bother

Literally in the center of the city, but be aware this property will only work for young people who are not afraid to climb the stairs to use the bed. No AC, super hot even with windows open, very loud from outside noises and city bars and restaurants till like 2 am. With Fans on just added noise. P Towels are dated gray color that ones were white. Only two towels. No extra pillows. No storage after or before check in, but owner provided an app to use for luggage. No pods for a washer, ( usually at least one is left ) no toilet paper. I think apartment needs a little more attention. Not sure why cleaning fees are so high too .

Noisy on top of bars Hard to access the bed on top balcony. Very low ceiling No soap in shower. Bottle was empty No pod to use washer. In other place there is usually 1 or 2 pod for 1 load
