Excellent location, 2 to 4 minutes walk from the old town. Spacious, clean, light and beautifully decorated bedroom. Felt so homely and warm. Delicious breakfast. Amazing and friendly host. Could not recommend more.

This is a wonderful place to stay, even better than we'd hoped from the website. The lovely historic house is full of interest and it really is peaceful despite being so close to the town centre. Sylvie and Jean Marie are excellent hosts, very helpful and kind, and ready to communicate in English or French. We'd love to return here.

The location was perfect, very clean with everything you could need to make it a home from home experience. Jean Marie and Sylvie were very hospitable. The weather was dismal and they tried to suggest things to do - offering to book trains and restaurants. 5 minute walk into the historic village. Pick-up and drop off to airport was 10 euros each way and a lovely gesture. If we are back in Bergerac we will stay again.

The property had amazing decor with themed rooms and a wonderful garden/pool. It was also spotlessly clean and well maintained. Sylvia and Jean Marie were very welcoming and extremely helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The warmth and friendliness. Sylvie,Jean Marie and Oki make you feel very welcome and part of a family. Our cases were carried upstairs and the ins and outs of the home explained. Jean Marie and Sylvie cannot do enough for you and have a wealth of information about the area to get you started on your adventures. The room was spotless and breakfast more than adequate for us. The home is just a five minute walk to the old part of the city and a handy location for setting off and enjoying the beauty of the Dordogne. A professional, but at the same time, friendly, run establishment. From our experience, we can highly recommend a stay at this lovely property.

Jean Marie was a superb host, giving us all sorts of advice for things to do with teens. Our suite was very comfortable, even with kids and hot summer days. The interior of the rooms is magically done, home away from home!

The only thing I would say is fresh milk 🥛 in the fridge would have been nice. We were given plenty of the dried creamers but they are not good in tea.

Loved everything about our stay at this beautiful property with such kind & friendly hosts. The location is perfect, just a 5 minute stroll to the lovely old town of Bergerac. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed the wonderful food, excellent wine and hospitality this town had to offer. If staying in Bergerac again we would definitely stay in this property again.

A wonderful small guesthouse with a great pool with very friendly owners. The guesthouse was directly in the center with very small walking distances to the historic town of beautiful Bergerac. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed and had everything we needed. The house owners took very good care of us, we can absolutely recommend it!

Beautifully renovated B&B with cleverly themed rooms, just a few minutes walk from Bergerac's historical centre with all the amenties you could want and more! Jean Marie and Sylvie are the perfect hosts, from collection to and from airport for a small fee to delicious breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the pool at your convenience, nothing is too much trouble. Relaxing summer afternoons/evenings spent by the pool after a stroll around Bergerac or a short train ride to stunning Sarlat and Bordeaux, socialising with other guests and our hosts on the terrace (not forgetting Oki their wonderful doggie who loves the company also!) Such a wonderful memorable trip, we didn't want to leave.

Jean Marie and Sylvie plus their calm and friendly dog Oki provided us a wonderful stay. Their home is beautiful with comfortable spacious rooms and lovely details. They are warm hosts and spent time to chat, give us advice on local sites and listened carefully to food preferences. They made us feel very welcomed. The location was also good-not too far to walk to the local areas or to transport.

Wonderful stay and would highly recommend. Sylvie and Jean Marie were superb. Loved the warm croissants at breakfast, rooms were spacious with a brilliant bathroom equipped with an excellent power shower. The garden was peaceful and relaxing. We did not want to leave.

Jean Marie & Sylvie were absolutely fantastic hosts - collecting us from the airport, helping order us taxis, recommending brilliant restaurants and lending us bikes to cycle around! They really couldn't have done anymore. The location is close to town so you can walk in; our rooms were stunning, beds very comfortable, breakfast was delicious and plenty of space. The gardens are beautiful - so nice to relax and go in the pool Our stay really was perfect - would definitely recommend!
