I have arthritis and limited mobility. I could not use the shower because it requires a step up into the shower with no railing. This needs to be corrected.

Staff very helpful, good facilities, good breakfast. I liked being able to open the room window! Great location.

It's not so easy to find the entrance of the hotel.

As it's next to the train station, the location is good for people who travel by train and just need a place to stay.

theres an ongoing construction during our stay that inconvenienced us , otherwise it wld be almost perfect location bec it is just beside the train n bus station

Having arrived early, the receptionist lectured us because we had booked through booking.com. we couldn't check in until 3 pm. However, having then filled in forms and joining the Ibis scheme, we were given a room straight away! Because of building work, not straight forward trying to find main reception.

Great value, comfy bed, good location. We actually had breakfast and dinner as part of our package, though dinner was hit or miss, and despite the language barrier, Karima who served us really did her utmost to look after us and she was just great!

The room we stayed in was small and the bathroom needs better maintenance to match the rest of the decor. The bottle of soap for hand washing was empty, only two very well worn towels were provided. The 1st floor is not easily accessible for wheelchairs due to the few steps to climb. The price/quality ratio is not convincing. There was no minibar, instead there were vending machines for drinks and food.

The hotel is simple, but on the plus side, the interiors have been recently renovated. During our stay, the area was rather chaotic due to the reconstruction works of Avignon's central station. The historic centre of the city is a short walk away. The price of parking at the central station was acceptable for an overnight stay (12 hours cost 12 euros aprox).

Very hard to find the entrance, I got a long email to tell me how to find the car park, but nothing to say that there were roadworks outside which made it difficult to identify the pedestrian access.

Basic hotel, very close to the train station and reasonable value. Good selection at breakfast.

There is no easy way in and out of the hotel and signs for reception from the train station are very poor due to the building work at the station. The room was small and there was a crinkly waterproof mattress cover on the bed - never had that in any hotel before. The shower went everywhere onto the floor.

It was close to the station and the centre. The staff were friendly.

Mix-up over payment - they wanted to charge me twice for breakfast and taxes. It wasn’t obvious how to access the hotel while work continues.

Rooms were smaller than expected but they were enough to do the job for one night. Although their direct message to us through booking.com promised a welcome coffee, we had not received it. Construction around the Gare made it inconvenient to park by the hotel entrance and unload, and the parking, once we found it, had no active charging stations for hybrid cars. We had to haul all our 6 luggage pieces into 4 different elevators to get to our room.

Jesus, the receptionist, spoke English very well and was very accommodating and welcoming, he offered us free complimentary snacks upon our arrival and helped us check in our bags.

The hairdryer is not user friendly. No kettle in the room. the room is way smaller than we expected. AC is weak.

The rooms are really tiny. Not so much space to maneuver a big luggage. The hotel rooms needs to be refurbished. The breakfast was basic continental, not bad, but it wasn't too much variation. Arround the hotel and the train station, there is a construction site, so the access to the hotel is not easy and you need to pass some kind of passage which is not really friendly (smell, dirt...).

Location is good, near the train station and walking distance to the Avignon old center. The sound isolation was good, so no noise from outside. The room was clean.

The current construction at the station makes the hotel look uninviting.

Location near the station, cleanliness, very friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic! The rooms are small but functional, definitely adequate for a couple of nights.
