Rooms are really tiny.

Very practical, easy to go around hotel. Quiet rooms, great variety of food for breakfast. Safe free of charge parking on the premises is a bonus. Outdoor swimming pool too.

A Very basic 2 course set menu for the half board evening meal... not good value for the extra money . Very little choice.. Better off just having the bed & breakfast and paying the extra for a choice from the evening meal menu. Air conditioning not that good blowing hot air when wanted it cooler.

Location good for motorway access & onward travel. Typical IBIS Budget hotel with a restaurant for breakfast and evening meal. Free car parking. Rooms basic but comfortable and clean with a good shower.. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. 15 minute drive to centre of Avignon.

Electrical fitting in teh bathroom was hanging off the wall (dangerous?). It was reported to reception, they coulndnt move rooms (they were full) but did say the maintenance team would address later that day. three days later and it never did get fixed

Staff went over and above to help. food was great and reasonably priced. Pool was a great addition.

So many mosquitos by the pool, we were bitten all over. The only place where there are sun loungers there are lots of mosquitoes.

The pool was small size, since the weather was not so hot we could not use it but if the weather was better I'd want to use the pool.

Initially had room on ground floor, as requested. But room was very small and noisy as not soundproofed for neighbours cough and kids ( double door between rooms were at fault) staff was very helpful to relocate us to better room one floor up. So noisy=bad, staff=good

The parking at the hotel was limited despite it being out of town. There were no spaces left when I arrived and I was forced to park in a space reserved for deliveries. Whilst not disabled, I have limited mobility and there was no other parking in the environs of the hotel. Given it's location most guests are likely to arrive by car therefore this should be better catered for.

Normal Ibis hotel, no frills but clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

The location is great in the sense that the property is close to a main road but not directly on the main road so it’s extremely quiet. The staff was quite friendly and the room a comfortable size. Free parking is a plus.

- The breakfast was not very diverse, mainly sweet options. - The hotel is “far” from the center BUT there is a bus just in front bringing you there so that’s ok.

We had to switch rooms since they got confused and forgot to change our sheets and towels, but once we pointed it out, it was handled.

Excellent service! Andréa from the reception helped me get bus tickets using an app, and her guidance was spot on. Give her a raise! The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was great. Free parking was great to have, since we had rented a car to go see the lavender fields. The sparkling water dispenser was amazing!

Room extremely tiny, no hand towels provided, pool grout over the entire surface of the tiled pool covered in black. Absolutely disgusting! Needs to be resurfaced. The pool lingers were also filthy.
