No elevator so had to take room downstairs for my kids cause we had heavy luggage… clean but toilet had an odor 😔

Had to change one room due to a foul smell possibly down to uncleaned projectile vomit on the wall. The night porter did allocate another 3 person room which was great. The new room was clean but also had a faulty wall fan/heater. No aircon or working fan facilities, unbearable during a warm night without some form of ventilation! If your on the ground floor there's no chance of opening a window due to security, other floors you can sleep with them wide open. We had 2 rooms, both had faulty wall mounted fans. No kettle in room for coffee/tea. All in all; its a budget hotel and you get what you pay for.

The on site staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were as per the photo's shared on booking.com. The hotel was close to a McDonalds; several restaurants and supermarket. it is also walking distance to the train station

bed are very uncomfortable sink is blocked you can hear every noise going on. And staff where fighting at 8 o’clock in the morning, I had to call the receptionist to ask them to keep it down even then it still kept going. overall really disappointed.

There was no air conditioning, in my booking it said I would get a triple room (but we were only two), but when I got there I had twin room. The sink was clogged and overall the room did not seem clean.

It was soundproof, and the bed it's self seemed fairly clean.

Room was not inviting, very basic, pretty shabby. Hidden led lighting strips along the walls flashed all night long, couldn’t find how to switch off, other than ripping them off the wall!

The room looked 'tired', despite being painted in a bright colour combination. I'm also not going to say it was dirty, but wood strips on the wall were cracked and broken, the shower worked well but the actual plastic and surround was tired and in a poor state of repair. That said, for the price my expectations weren't very high, so I would call it okay. If you're in a room at the front of the the building, you'll be overlooking a McDonalds. At weekends and late into the night, the boy racers love the stretch of road that runs not even 25 metres from the front of the building - you have been warned!

If you want to be in the French countryside and a 30 minute train ride from Paris, this isn't a bad place to stay. Very comfy bed in a decent-sized room - I was staying alone in a room that had a large double bed with a single bunk above it. Even with that taking up a fair amount of space, it was definitely a good-sized room. The guy on reception - very friendly, very helpful and spoke good English (which is helpful as my schoolboy English of 30-odd years ago is a bit rusty! My rating is a 5 - 'Passable' - as a 6 is 'Pleasant', which isn't a word I would use to describe the hotel. If there was a 5.5 'Average', then I'd use that.
