You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomWould have liked to use the pool, but this facility was reserved for Ibis Style customers. Obviously the price tag of Ibis Budget is different so nothing to complain.
Practical, modern design of room, shower, beds, inkl. foldout bed. Relatively quiet location. Spotless clean and new. Proximity to Cognac and a few castles around the area (by car /bike) is great. Great stopover hotel when passing through Atlantic route. Plenty of breakfast options! Avoid queues by eating early. Very nice and friendly staff. Always attentive.

SpainThe automated check-in process doesn't show the room and code for long enough to take a phone out and take the necessary photo, necessitating a call to reception in the other part of the building. The vending machine took my money but didn't work, requiring another call and not entirely satisfactory solution.
Easy to find, free parking and comfortable enough for the price.

It's a brand new hotel, and its facilities are well-maintained. Very clean, and every element, from the bedding to the bathroom, is new and a pleasure to use.

United KingdomCheckin confusion - paid online via booking.com but when arrived auto check in tried to charge again. the only way around this seemed to be to cancel the booking.com booking and then rebook with “pay at property”. unfortunately the price had gone up by 10% by this point. not a deal breaker but may be worth not using pay now option on bookin.com
No thrills but clean and modern and does what it sets out to do very well. Easy access from main roads. parking.
