As I said nothing major to be disappointed with, I'm being very picky to find something I didn't like but the shower head in my room could do with being replaced.

Room was clean and as expected for an Ibis budget, nothing major to be disappointed by. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is easy to get to and is a ten minute walk from the bus/train station. There's a busy road running by the hotel and the I couldn't hear a thing from the traffic unless I opened the window

I liked the location. The bathroom was pretty ok. The cleaning ladies entered the room wile we where at sleep.

Small but well organised and comfortable room. Comfy beds. All very clean.

As expected quite small, so there was not a lot of room for three suitcases We could hear some people talking quite loudly on the hallway during the night, but that could happen at any hotel

Very clean, everything we needed there, very quiet even though it is on a big street, nice river view with the sun in the morning (if you ignore the street). The third bed was a folding bed, we were exited about it!

There was no hairdryer and no kettle.

Great location, 10 min from train and bus station. Public transportation around the corner. Shopping centre 15 minutes away.

croissant was the star of breakfast. It was really delicious. 2 types of croissant (with butter and with chocolate), 1-2 types of cheese, ham, 2-3 types of jam were options for breakfast. Rooms are quite small, no wardrobe, no slipper, no hair dryer.

To be fair there is very little not to like. The only thing is the location. It is a bit out of the centre and there is a 10-15 min walk to the nearest metro. But that is what you get when you are travelling on a budget.

For what I paid this place was incredible value. The room is basic but has everything you need for a short stay. If you won't be spending much time in the room it is ideal. The staff were helpful and everything went very smoothly.

Super situation, if you stay 1 night and travel to south of france. Very easy - you stay direct on you way and inside of town. Also not far from centre.

There were a few things. But it's nothing worth mentioning. We all have bad days.

The staff was very helpful when we arrived. And we chose this hotel because we could bring our dog. It was great

no fridge in the room but there is a common fridge which ask the staff to help to keep. There is Air conditioner in the room but during our stay, the hotel didn’t on it reason being it will be cooling. Hence it will be better to choose room facing the neighbor if you want to open window.

clean bed and staff was friendly. close to metro and bus station. air dryer is available but need $20 deposit. didn’t manage borrow it for 1st few nights hence during your check in, you can check if is available.

There isnt a hair dryer in every room so we had to wait until the following day for one to be available, The room is slightly small if you have a lot of luggage

The hotel is in a good location and close to the station. The hotel staff are helpful and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again when returning to Lyon. It’s a great city!
