Approach was a building site unfortunately, due to investment in the whole district: although detour for access to the hotel did assist the approach by car

There was a construction site right next to the hotel, which was quite loud during the day. But I mean, this is nothing the hotel has control over. Even without it, the area is not the most beautiful in Lyon.

For the price the room was really nice. It was small, but had everything it needed: A bed, a sink, a shower and a separate toilet. The breakfast was also good for the price. And the staff was always friendly.

There was no chair, only a stool, so no way to do a little work comfortably. The toilet seat was attached so close to the wall, it would fall down by itself, so I had to hold it.

Breakfast was definitely a money waste. Rather buy you own food the night before, because you can get more variety for 9 euros spent in the local store, than from the breakfast-offer at the hotel.

It wasn’t very clean, especially the floor in the room, but the sheets and towels were clean. Also, the area didn’t seem the greatest, but we didn’t mind as we stayed for only one night.

We liked the design of the room, considering the concept of the hotel, and the staff was nice. Breakfast is pretty decent for the price. We also appreciated the parking of the hotel and code access to the room.

I feel like the property could do with some work and with the cleanliness. We were given sheets with stains on them. Of course this was rectified once we told the staff.

It was close to the metro so it’s ideal for commuting and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

Room rather small for 3 people. Not happy at having to make up 3rd bed ourselves. We would have expected a Pre booked room to be ready for the number of people.

Friendly helpful staff. Buffet breakfast good value for money. Beds comfortable. Clean room.. MacDonalds next door. Hotel ideal for our departure destination.

The bed lights and on/off light buttons were in the middle of the headboard and even with all the lights switched off the buttons glowed as bright as having a lamp on. It was very difficult to sleep. It is definitely a design flaw. Not enough plug sockets! No hairdryer in the room!

The staff were immensely helpful. Due to there being a lot of roadwork in the area with roads closed it was incredibly difficult to get to the hotel in the car. We had to park the car 1km away from the hotel and after walking to the hotel the receptionist went above and beyond to explain and print a map showing the route to take in the car. the room was adequate and the beds felt comfortable.

Great location, walking distance from the start/finish of SantéLyon. Perfect location for attending the event. Nice breakfast for the price. Free parking and Wifi. Rooms are comfortable enough.

Room for 3 people was a little small and couldn't get the coffee machine in reception to work properly.

It was functional, not far to walk from the nearest train station and good links from there in to the city.

Parking is limited so not sufficient to all guests. Arriving late or visiting the city may leave you without option but to park on the street.

The hotel is easy to find and works well for a short stop by or to visit the city. The breakfast was simple as usual but enough to start the day and hit the road again.

Room was a little small considering the price, bathroom was very cramped. Toilet was separate and a large or tall person would need to leave the door open to fit! The worst thing was the location- fine if you are driving but otherwise it's out in the sticks and takes a metro and a 10 minute+ walk yo get to which is OK if you don't have luggage.

Hotel is located close to an area frequented by ‘working girls’ absolutely no issues but quite shocking to see if not expected. Car park and entrance locked requiring entry code. Tried to speak to reception but no answer, luckily another resident let us in to check in
