The shower did not have a soap holder, I had to put my shower gel on the floor and my bar of soap in a cup as the holder

The room was smelly and the bed sheet and duvet cover was discoloured. Moreoever, the toilet sink is clogged as mentioned by other vistors. Also, the towel provided is spoiled and very rough to skin.

We were visiting Disneyland and read all the reviews we choose this one as the location was pretty close but that was all goodness..I never seen something like this, disgusting smell, somebody was blowing their nose at sink and left it on the wall the shower was mouldy vinyl seen better days...

Everything was nice and clean. The staff were helpful and there were some games and things that the children could play with, plus vending machines and pizza and drinks available from the reception. The hotel was in nice surroundings with well kept garden areas.

Amazing place for staying with kids(3) great value for money, small playing room for little ones, nice breakfast, friendly staff that always smile, clean rooms -serviced every day ,very comfortable beds , bunk beds that my children loved! very closed to the train station and Disneyland! Definitely worth money

The value for money is not worth. There are far more better “hotels” with 100€/night. This was almost a dormitory to me, not a hotel. They said the automatic window shutter in our room was broken, and if we want with a proper shutter, we had to move a twin room. Room was too small, poor furniture quality, bed was horrible, not comfy at all. It was as if I slept on a sofa. Bathroom was fairly clean but on of the towels was stained badly and we couldn’t use it. There was only 1 towel per person (no small towel for head or face wash). There was no hair dryer!!!! You have to ask it from reception. It’s not a good surprise when you arrive late to hotel tired of driving for long. I think I will pay attention to the hotel stars more from now on.

Very simple and basic but great value for money and 20 mins from Disneyland. Taxi charged us around 15 euros one side from hotel to Disneyland. Also near to Charles de Gaule airport taxi charged us around 35 euros. We watched last show of 1130 pm at Disney then took taxi at night to come back it’s a nice hotel. Breakfast buffet is also nice and cheap however if u r going to Disneyland u can eat at Disney village Starbucks will be same. Actually one can take bus and other public transport as well.

Bathroom not very clean with hair left in drain. No amenities. Food at the venue was not good. Only frozen pizza available (5 flavours of which 2 were unavailable) and it was burned! Location was not fantastic, no restaurants / cafes in walking distance. Fine for a stopover from / to Disneyland Paris, but nothing special. Not great value for money. Service was poor. One lady at the front desk and service was very slow.

The housekeeper was knocking the since 8 am and even we told her we sleeping she kept knocking a d since 9 am someone was drilling didn't sleep at all
