The lack of facilities for people with restricted mobility or aged senior. Steps, entry ramp suiting to bring suitcases up however not a disabled person. Showers unadapted, slippery and with a high step. I wouldn’t have booed this hotel if I knew that. Pictures on website weren’t accurate. Also, despite breakfast was offering a diversity of local product it was very tricky for my dad to serve himself as not much space was available ( if not inexistant) to put his platter and he wasn’t the only one.

Very practical after a long drive to get off the motorway... and start to relax in the bar. It is an Ibis, but it is nice, offers all for a break to explore the door to the Lubéron. Breakfast and stuff very nice.

The location, reduced hours for food - when arriving late there were very few options to get anything to eat. The rooms are quite tired and could do with renovating. No kettle or drinks facilities in bedrooms

I didn’t like the location. My mistake! There was what looked like a little mould at the back of the shower tray. I didn’t inspect too closely.

Room pleasantly large. Bed very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was constantly replenished and there was a range to suit most people. The evening meals were good. Personally I was delighted to find the cafe open at lunchtime on a Sunday. Above all it is the Front of House and catering staff who deserve a mention. They are all so helpful and good at their respective jobs.

There is no information that restaurant is closed during weekend. I was traveling and miss fastfoods along my road to have better Winner.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and environmentally appropriate. Visiting from the US to France, we expected to see nice pictures hanging on the walls of our room. But there were no pictures or anything resembling the history of France. That was disappointment. Otherwise all was well.

The wi-fi is dreadful , about 4gb in reception and 1 (??) in rooms, I was trying to do a bit of work when there but impossible due to Wi-Fi dropping and slow , forget even browsing in room . The internationalTV channels also dropped a lot and just stopped .The fabric of the hotel is very old , stained and ripped carpets on corridors , old beds, spare pillow was filthy in bag, no fridge or kettle , safe is on the roof …almost falling off !!!the whole building is very dated and a bit run down. , the hotel is situated outside the edge of town , you really need a car , i walked a few time but busy fast road and wouldn’t recommend.

-We arrived so late and tired when we got to room our key wasn’t configured to open the door so we had to back to reception. -we indicated with the “Not disturb” sticker and cleaning staff entered the room 3 times during the morning when we were semi-naked. - Clean 7/10

The location was an odd one as the hotel seemed to be in an industrial estate. The main issue was the outside area to the back of the hotel as the pool was under construction and no one had informed us of this - this was the main reason we had booked to stay here. We were told the pool would be open at the end of May….not sure it will be ready in time for anyone who is booking in May. The rooms were also not the best as they were run down and in desperate need of upgrading.

The área downstairs in the hotel was modern and it was clear this had been recently renovated. The staff on reception sorted our issues out by allowing us to cancel free of charge.
