We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room and especially the bathroom are in need of a make over and update ,all looks very tired ,plus I was going to be charged extra for two hot chocolate drinks which I never had,so check your bill !!!!.also it's a long way out of town with only a Lidi close ,no restaurants,only a Mac Dees.
I could lock my bike securely overnight, The bed was very comfortable and a great choice for breakfast.

United KingdomIt would have been nice to have a kettle and cups in the room, but this was a budget hotel, and we understand that not all visitors can be trusted to leave them in the room, nor to use them properly.
Located on a busy road, yet the room was very quiet. We knew there was a small dog in the room next door, but could not hear it. Plenty of storage space in the room for luggage, and padded bench chair in additional to "classroom-type" chair meant neither of us had to sit on the bed. Air-conditioned room, with TV channels in a few European languages (and subtitles!) which was nice.

FranceHad asked for Mobility room but got phone call 3 hours before we got to hotel( en route home from Spain) saying no disabled rooms available. They did give us a ground floor room but bathroom and room really small with only one chair for two people. Prices in bar and cafeteria a bit pricey.
Cheerful friendly and efficient receptionist and bar lady. Bed comfy. Non of the things we didn't like were within their control..the fault lies with the hotel policies. Normally Ibis hotels are fine.
