The room temperature was really bad at night. There was no ac in the room and it was just heaters which got really hot at night. We couldn’t sleep at all at nights because of how hot it was.

Location was pretty good, 7 mins from the train station. Ambience was really great at the hotel.

1. They only provide lockers that cost you 3 euro for storing your luggage after check out. And the one on ground floor is small, get full easily, you need to take your heavy luggage by a very small spiral stairs down and up the basement to store it. (And you need to pay) 2. They are not using instant heater for shower, if you shower for more than 10 min. Water start to get cold, untill you let the heater fill up again. Don't go to shower right after your roommate come out and use up all the hot water. 3. Room is really small, not enough to have 2 24" luggage opened at the same time 4. Mattress is really soft, my back hurts aftering sleeping for 1 night..and I slept 3 night.... never happened to me on any other hotel during my 14 days trip to France ... 5. The decor are dated, the sink has stink (the too old kind of stink), the electric cable embedded in wall make sounds when you only turn on the light. Even louder if you charge your phone or other stuff 6. The air con is not air con, it's barely a warmer, only provide hot air even if you turn it to 5-20 degree. And window cannot be opened, very stuffy room 7. With location far from tourist spot, the price doesn't fit for this kind of room set up. I can find a similar room in Paris center with lesser price. 8. Hair dryer is weak.......

1. The location, good if you like quiet neibourhood, very close to grocery / local pharmacy 2. The charging cube inside the room, with extendable cable 3. Well...at least they have 3 lifts for you to go to your room

A bit expensive for Ibis, but then again it's Paris. Would have expected fresh croissants for breakfast and fresh orange juice, but other than the breakfast is really good.

10 min away from Alesia (line 4). Rooms are bigger than what you would expect in Paris. Breakfast is very good, with multiple choices. Basic and typical rooms if you are used to the chain. Good lighting inside. Had an issue with my room at check in and they were nice to upgrade me since the hotel was fully booked.

They didn't even put toilette paper in our room! I asked for a room with two separate beds but unlike the photos they were put next to each other as if it's one big bed Breakfast food was good but it ends at 10 and they collected the items very early and we couldn't feel relaxed and enjoy our breakfast as they were closing everything and cleaning after 9:30 Two of the hotel staff started arguing over cleaning in front of us at breakfast

Room and the bathroom were very clean It was quiet and good for resting Beds were comfortable

The only thing I didn't like is to pay to keep my luggage for some hours before I did the check-out (5 euros).

Great breakfast, confortable and clean room. It's a good place to stay in Paris. I would come back to this hotel, good value for money.

My only negative would be at the elevators, downstairs in the lobby, I could smell an annoying smell. Couldn't tell if it was sewage or what else. But I couldn't smell anything anywhere else (room or restaurant). Only thing I missed from breakfast were some vegetables for the menu (tomatoes, paprika or cucumbers).

Hotel was clean, everything worked in the room. My room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was a nice swedish style buffet. My favorite thing was they had this little machine where you could boil 6 eggs at a time, to your liking. Selection of cheeses was numerous. You also have a special luggage area to leave your suitcases until you require. Staff was friendly. Location is nearby to either T3a or other transporations at the Alessia intersection. Would come back. Good price.

The location was not so accurate. We booked thinking it was Eiffel Tower view but tired out to be way to far from it. The rooms did not provide with much facilities either.

The property was clean and staff seemed helpful.

The rooms does not have facilities to make coffee or a fridge. As we stayed 12 nights we would have liked to make our own coffee or at least keep our beverages cold. The room is extremely tiny and we had to live out of our suitcases as there is not enough cupboards or racking or seating other than the bed. It was really inconvenient not to have the restuarant open and the bar is never manned. Only reception are able to to speak English. The rest of staff difficult to communicate with if you could find them.

The location excellent as it is close to transport and eateries. The rooms are serviced daily and the towels is really clean an soft. The cleaning team are really friendly although only able to communicate in French. The bed is very comfortable and the overall feel of the hotel is clean and modern.

The Ibis is perfect for our stay in Paris as it is near our family. The rooms are not big but the bed is comfortable and the shower powerful Didn't see much staff but the room is clean. We parked under the hotel which is not cheap but very practical. Didn't try the breakfast

the lifts were broken when I arrived, the room was a bit small with windows that could only be opened by a small margin.

The location was very nice, close to many restaurants and not far from Montparnasse area. The hotel had a nice interior yard. Staff were nice.

the air conditioner was blowing air only ! room temperature exceeded 30 degrees despite the temperature outside being 19 degrees Celsius and the window opens just a little bit.

Room is small and is not great for 2 persons. The breakfast buffet is the same everyday and is quite bland.

The room is cleaned on a daily basis. Facilities in the room are correct. The hotel is easily accessible by metro/tram/bus/taxi Lots of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants near the hotel

Rooms decoration a bit dated. Small but functional. . Not a power shower but clean and did the job.

Friendly staff and international atmosphere. Good bar and terrace. Great breakfast. Good area near shops and restaurants and tube.

Some staff members dont even try to understand and help if you dont speak French wich is frustrating.

7 min walk from metro station, fair cost for taxi service from hotel to city. Good location. Breakfast is good. Cleaning of the room every day. Some staff members very nice.
