The A/C was broken so the room was warm. The staff gave me a fan.

The room is small, but if you're looking for a place only for sleeping it's fine. Line 16 of the metro which stops in front of the hotel is closed right now, so you need to walk 15 minutes to Bercy metro stop.

The hotel is basic but comfortable and clean. Spotless bedsheets and towels. Despite being located on the outskirts, the neighbourhood is good, not shabby like the neighbourhoods in the North. The hotel is in front of the Bercy village, where you can find several eating places.

The room is small and lacks some amenities, like a coffee machine. To get to the citycenter it’s a long journey. From the Eifeltower to the hotel can take up to 1,5 hours by metro.

The neighbourhood of the hotel is pretty safe for the most part. And during the day there is a direct metro to Gare du Nord. The hotel is fine, the room is cleaned dally witch is nice!

The room was super small for a couple. We could barely fit our luggages. Breakfast was the same everyday. The closest metro station was closed during our stay.

Location - close to bus stop 24 that takes us to metro station Gare de lyon. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The room was clean. Breakfast was good.

Great location and close to the metro and bus services. Bercy village has a good array of places to eat and is less than a minute away. Rooms are practical and just about enough room to move about. The Breakfast was much better than we thought it would be and could not fault it. The staff were very good and friendly, happy to make a good old cuppa for you FOC providing you have your own tea bags. A great place to stay.

Clean room, quiet, comfy bed. Otherwise, exactly the quality one can expect from ibis, including breakfast and seating areas in the hotel. Location is great, in a lively neighbourhood. Many restos close by. Easy access to the Metro.

Métro undergoing some rénovation which meant complicated access after 10pm. Otherwise a great location.

Really safe and comfortable location within 2min of metro #14 which is really clean, frequent and easy to use. The quartier Bercy Village is modern well- frequented and clean. A delightful area to stay in. Literally 5min from gare de Lyon.

We went to a Concert in th Accor Arena . The Location of the Hotel was great , we walked 5-10 minutes. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, hot shower and a nice looking lobby.

The room was a little bit small with the bed taking up most of the room with only narrow spaces round the bed to move round the room, however it wasn't uncomfortably small.

Decent location next to Metro Station (although the Station was shut during my stay!) and many many restaurants nearby. The area felt very safe and the hotel was secure. The breakfast was very very good, very tasty and a very large range of options available. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. The WIFI was included and was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great value for money.

The metro station disruption because of construction but still we could manage regarding transportation

The AC not working and when i asked to turn it on , they answer that it's not summer time , the AC will not work however it was 26c and so hot, and mentioned in facilities AC , but they gave me small desk fan
