- no Air condition. It was so hot in the room , we had to open the balcony doors to get some air inside the room.

the location is perfect and near the train station. There is a parking lot across the hotel, good for big cars. Rooms is a bit spacious, clean. good value for money, close walk to the center.

The rooms were cozy and simple. The room service was practical, and we were able to choose when they could clean/access the room. We made use of the breakfast buffet one of the days: nothing extraordinary but good in terms of quality/quantity and price.

The room doesn't have an air conditioner - the staff told me that it works only for heating. It was quite warm in the room, so I had to open the window to get some cool air, but it was quite noisy outside, which is understandable for such a location. The problem was that we stayed with a baby, so the noise didn't let him fall asleep, so we had to close the window and get over it. There is a hot water, but you have to wait for it for quite a long time. I consider the breakfast to be expensive here. For the same (or even less) money, you can go to a bakery around the corner and enjoy the French culture - the closest bakery offers delicious things!

It was very clean, the location is good - right in front of the main train station, and it is close to the center. There are a couple of excellent bakeries around the corner - definitely worth visiting. The bed was good, pillows are great, mattress is okay (too soft for me). TV was also great, quite big and included also German channels. I also liked the view on the beautiful train station, and there was also a cool french balcony in the room. The hotel was very quiet. The staff was nice, polite and spoke English well. An inexpensive parking is also available (5 min walking), it's Indigo Wodli, the address is 1 Bd du Président-Wilson. I was confused first as when I asked for the parking address in the chat I was told that the address is 3rd Bd du Président-Wilson, but it's not (at least in google maps), it's 1st. So keep that in mind. The parking costs 11 Euro for 24h with the discount ticket from the hotel. You have to explicitly ask for your discount when you check out and - important! - when you pay for the parking you first insert your ticket, then the ticket from the hotel and then pay. So if you arrive by car - go directly there, you will not be able to stop in front of the hotel, at least legally.

Wish prices were lower but I know it is because we were there during the Christmas market.

Visited during the Christmas market. Staff was exceptional to show us the map and where to go. Also gave a treat to our children and family upon our arrival.

Cleaning staff should be trained or regularly checked how they are doing; the number of towels must be the same available throughout the stay; Pay more attention to hard-to-reach cleaning places, including the corners of the bathroom and shower.

Perhaps there might have been a room bar with coffee and tea. We could also hear a guest screaming at night. On the second day my room key was not working and I had to ask the staff to recharge it. But they were very helpful.

Room was good with comfortable beds. Staff not intrusive. Bed was very comfortable. Liked the way the toilet and the bathroom was separated. Really appreciated the chocolate to welcome us.
