Breakfast choices were excellent! We arrived late evening and the receptionist was very helpful. There is also a little area for guests to make themselves a cup of coffee/tea which was a bonus!

The hotel is tired and although the shower tray and shower is relatively new they didn’t renew sealant which is the standard through the hotel. The rear of the property needs a good clean. The food in the adjoining service station is really awful and would not recommend.

It was on the opposite side of the freeway which didn’t show up when booking! So we had to go about12 kms out of our way to get there and the same next morning 👿

It's a simple hotel. It does a lot for the money.

Breakfast is simple but adequate. Access to coffee machine appreciated. Best thing is location, right on an A10 service station. Staff can all speak a little English; one is bilingual.

Food options limited. The adjacent service station restaurant is poor. There’s a sandwich place too, but you can get sick of sandwiches on the motorway.

It’s a fairly basic hotel, but it does the job. Located on a service station on the motorway A10 close to Niort, it allows me to divide my journey from the SW of France to the Channel in two equal parts. Staff always helpful.

No WiFi on our UK phone ...thanks Brexit!!! Sad to see the new decor being damaged by rain penetration around the windows.

The location was perfect for pulling into while heading through France. Breakfast was excellent and in a very cheerful area. The room was very quiet. The company has obviously gone to great expense to cheer up the inside of the hotel.

Looked drabby. Came off motorway but could not get to proper car park as it was gated. Night staff was not really interested in serving us. Was given a disabled room! Wifi was not working, unable to complete my work.

I could overlook some things: breakfast was food; a bedroom, as long the bed is good enough, is a place to sleep; even the damaged bathroom door. However, having a WiFi network not working is a big down. After 10h of driving, I want to rest and chill, watching videos or playing. Not possible at all! I have stayed a few times in this hotel and always issues with WiFi. If doesn't work, or is poor, please stop advertising the hotel has WiFi.

Location is my favourite, as its inside a service area, with fuel station, convenience store and access to highway

Incredibly BAD DIRECTIONS to the Hotel supplied by Booking . com . Advised to exit at Jct 32 - then after a couple of Miles driving through wide open countryside,brought me to the back of the hotel only with no possibility of getting to petrol pumps, restaurants etc without driving back to the motorway and driving 500 Mtrs AFTER JCT 32 and entering the clearly signed rest area POITOU CHARENTES. STUPIDITY IN THE EXTREME !!!

Not great value for money. Rooms very small and the rest of the hotel is pretty tired and outdated. Couldn’t even get a drink from the bar downstairs when we arrived at 8pm.

Being lied to and mis informed that internet was avaliable. In the past I stayed here many times and it was value for money however it is totally overpriced and can only be describes as a total rip off.Avoid as there are much cheaper and better value places locally.

There was no internet when I checked in which I needed for mu job.The receptionist kept saying it will be fixed in one hour.When presses after four hours she admitted she was the only person on duty and she had called her manager and he was not prepared to take any steps to fix it,

Always have to pay local tax.. it's only pennies but why not add it to the bill. Nothing else comes to mind.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Spoke English..Aircon room. Quiet. Clean. Plenty of towels and extra pillows.

where to start…. too expensive for this kind of hotel breakfast was very poor and low quality spiders in every corner conditioner was not working at all, was too hot in the room so we had to open the window too much noise from the highway when open the window no mini fridge in the room no glasses, coffee/tea, water in the room
