Two things, one small, one rather big. The small is that there was no kettle in the room and none was available from reception. This is a first in France. We don’t eat breakfast but we do like to make ourselves early tea. The big one is that if the bathroom door swings open after you as you leave your bedroom it is virtually impossible to get back in: the handle of the bathroom door blocks the handle of the room door. This is a serious design flaw. Considerable time and assistance (from a sapeur/pompier(?) who happened to be in the hotel)force was needed to force the door open, and there is now a dent in the wall of the room. It was stressful and is potentially dangerous.

It was our second stay. We like the location and the funky, original style of the place. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient but, frankly, one person to manage reception as well as the bar and food orders on a busy Saturday evening is not enough. I thought she did wonders nevertheless.

It was very hot in the room and it was impossible to reduce the temperature.

All you need for a one night stop (traveling by car from Barcelona to Brussels). Good breakfast at the hotel and couple of decent dining options next to the hotel.

Room was very warm but could not keep window open due to noise on motorway. Do not use diner next door. Food awful!

The location is out-of-town, right next to the motorway, so not very scenic, though the rooms are well sound-insulated.

This is a clean modern hotel ideally placed for those needing a stop-over near the motorways. The decor is very modern, post-industrial, which is fine for an uncomplicated short stop-over but may not be to everyone's taste for a longer stay. Indoor pool very clean & a good size. A nice-to-have in a hotel like this. Staff well trained and professional. Plenty of parking space. An excellent, well-stocked breakfast buffet. Two adjacent restaurants for dinner if you don't want to drive into town.

Comfortable beds, pleasant personnel and the fact that there were 2 restaurants next to the hotel so evening meal was possible even though the hotel is not in the center. Beautiful design hotel.

Very minor thing but the coffee taste could be improve and the orange juice machine was broken. But that’s just me being very picky with what I like for breakfast

We are familiar with the Ibis standards and it’s always good value for your money. Clean rooms, friendly staff and decent breakfast and this hotel in particular has great blackout curtains which provide a proper rest after a long driving.

Very accessible location in mid France, ideal for people on a road trip to either the north or the south. Simple but clean and comfy rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Will return on my next road trip to Spain.

Air con in one of the family rooms was not working, but other one was, so no major issue

Staff (mgr) was excellent, breakfast excellent, location v easy to find, and very quiet. And was able to get a late night snack from the bar at midnight, which was brilliant!!

Lack of service and staff. Ibis has mastered the art of cutting staff to the bone. It seemed the hotel was run by one person. Nobody at the bar. Ice machine broken. Very minimum of everything. For the price, not very good.
