Because the air conditioning did not turn on till 19c , we slept with the window open , it was a Friday evening and noise. Not the hotel fault but may need to consider switching on air conditioning earlier .

The duvet on the bed was too warm considering the temperature of the room. It would have been goodto have the option of a lighter blanket.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic and they cateted for my special dietary needs. The Chateau de Versailles was a five minute walk from the hotel. There were a good selection of local restaurants that we could walk to in 10 minutes. Housekeeping staff serviced the room daily. We were always greeted with a friendly bonjour or au revoir by the reception staff as we came in and out. We would definitely stay here again.

Location right in the centre of Versailles. Free on-street parking opposite until 0900. Good breakfast.

Small room but expected this to be for the price and so close to Versailles! Good hotel for visiting the palace but otherwise location is very busy and many tourists traps around ie overpriced restaurants and attractions.

The room was comfortable and clean. Amazing location for visiting Versailles. Less than five minutes walk to the Palais of Versailles and the main train station is across the road.

As always with Ibis, the bathroom is on the small side, and can take a bit of squeezing into and requires sitting sides. No toilet brush is quite problematic, esp. if you share the room with a partner.

Perfect location, just a stone throw from the station and the castle, and pretty much any restaurant you choose. Room itself relatively spacious for the price. Staff helpful and friendly. We didn't try the breakfast, but smelled good.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great for an Ibis Hotel. Location was excellent. The room was on the smaller side but we really only slept there. The room was clean and The bed was comfortable. I would stay here again.

The rooms are small and cramped! The bathroom is carved out of the room in a way that angles had to be used to fit everything in, and you have to squeeze sideways past the sink to get into the shower. The parking was a couple of blocks away and several floors underground.

The location was about as close to Versailles as you could get, literally a 2-3 minute walk. Breakfast was better than expected, there was something for every taste.

There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

The location was fantastic - close to the palace but also to restaurants, Starbucks and a train station. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable and I appreciated returning to the room to find a little treat placed there on Easter Sunday.

Great location fro Chateau and RER into Paris. Very friendly staff. Room was as expected - basic but very comfortable and nice.

No fridges in the rooms. No shampoo and conditioner for the shower, no toothbrush and toothpaste.

The location is great. The staff are for the most part friendly and helpful, apart from one team member who told me to come get the clean towel from reception (the housekeeper had made a mistake and not replaced it and the elevator was out). He wanted me to go down and up four flights of stairs to get the towel they should have replaced.

The location is amazing - just a few minutes walk from the Palace of Versailles. We arrived quite late in the evening but we were able to find a bar serving tapas a few minutes walk away. The breakfast was very nice too!
