The basin did not drain and we were there three days and it didn't get fixed. The very tall curtains do not close and needs new track and runners and long pole to close them. These are basics when providing any bed for hire.

Great location. 2 mins from Place de la Comedie and trams and 10 mins to main train station. Coffee machine and breakfast easy and terrace good off breakfast room to use when you like.

The place is in a great location, unique and lovely. Montpellier itself is lovely and well worth visiting. I would recommend this B&B for people who are travelling light as it is tricky to access with heavy bags and the room quite small for two people. Breakfast was excellent! Would definitely suit people travelling light.

There is a short, narrow set of about 15 steps to get up. Very manageable though. Also the property is on a laneway, so can’t be reached by car. Our taxi dropped us off at the end and it was a short 1 min walk to the front door.

The location was fabulous. At one end of the lane was a square with buzzing restaurant action and from there around the corner were all the shops and more restaurants etc. At the other end of the lane you were on a main road and could see the L’Arc de Triomphe. Yasmina (or Jasmina) was lovely and helpful. We didn’t have time for her breakfast, but she was up early to get it ready for us not knowing we had to get going. The little patio area is nice for a coffee while you sit and look down the street. The room we had was facing the street, but with the fan going the voices from the street didn’t both us. Besides we could have closed the windows. The room is small, yes, but we were only using it for sleeping and we had enough room to place our suitcases and open them. The bathroom was nice. Sheets were crisp.

Great place in the center of very cozy and nice area in montpellier. Great restaurants and bars nearby and the terracce to have breakfast on was excellent. Very romantic and breakfast was also very good.

No air conditioning so you needed to keep the windows open and there were a number of street cleaners and rubbish collecting trucks during the night. So a bit noisy.

For light sleepers, the proximity of bars might be a bit disturbing. It took me a while to be able to fall asleep.

Amazingly quiet being as central. Lovely cute terrace, a very comfy bed with everything you need in the room, including a tiny fridge. Check-in was welcoming, and the location can't be better. We'll definitely come back.

First time visit to Montpellier and this property is very well located for a visit and in a lovely area. Rooms are a good size with all facilities you need. Good breakfast as well. Lovely little terrace area. Would stay here again

It's a good walk from the railway station and would not be suitable for someone not fit. Also, the room was upstairs and would not suit everyone.

We were welcomed and shown around by very friendly and helpful staff. The location is central, so good for exploring.
