Hotel well located with secure parking (at extra charge but worth it for me)

I feel there could have been more information ~ regarding the area where the Hotel is situated also highlights of historic buildings.

The second time we stayed the room was a little small but I only booked it the night before.

The parking underground has very limited space for each car and it’s so hard to go down to -2 floor to park since it’s narrow everywhere.

The room is very suitable for a family trip and the hotel has an atmosphere of literature since it’s named by an author, we like the stay there.

The hotel has two sides. One faces the town and the other the back of the building. I always prefer the back as it is quieter. But this means changing my room upon arrival if available.

There was a coffee machine, but only two capsules. There was no minibar in the room.

Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was great, with a lot of variety and the breakfast room had a fantastic view. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Outdated for a 4 stars hotel . The hotel has so many things to do , to have the comfort of a real 4 stars hotel . I hope they will improuve . Good luck.

I think it's a university town as it was very noisy outside around the town with people shouting and chanting a lot of the night till about two o clock, but it was a Saturday night and maybe it's quiet the other nights of the week...

Breakfast was lovely, you have it on the top floor of the hotel and has a lovely view of the area, great choice of food to eat, bed was comfy, secure parking was really good... Lovely friendly staff, very smiley and very helpful...

There are a few City Centre road works going on and so we had a small diversion. On entering the underground car park, the underneath of my car grazed the pavement as the angle down from the pavement on to the ramp down is quite acute, same happened on the way out. I think the length of car will dictate if this happens but if you are lucky enough to own a Ferrari or Porsche, I think the car will be too low to the ground. Although the room and hotel were very clean, they missed the dust on the extraction fan covers in the toilet and bathroom of our room.

Convenient for the centre with its restaurants and bars. The hotel itself was better than we expected it to be for the price. The hotel was comfortable but the bed in our room had a little "usage" dip in it but was comfortable enough, comfy pillows! No milk in the room with the tea and coffee refreshments but in hind site, I could have just asked. Great view from the breakfast room and a pretty good buffet breakfast but hot options were limited.

Very central and had excellent secure parking onsite which was a real bonus. Good to visit the main sites of CMF. Very comfortable family room, good aircon and clean. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that, but the view looked good from the breakfast room.

No milk in the room or anywhere for coffee/tea. Even asked reception - we don’t do milk?

Great location and easy to find. Having its own car park in the centre was really helpful and easy to access.

Rooms are too small. Location is central, but I don’t feel safety there at the evening. No nice restaurant near hotel. Parking was worse we had ever in France . All walls are scratched as it is not easy to drive up and down to the -2 floor.

Breakfast was very good and view from the 6 floor is amazing!!!
