We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beautifully clean, efficient and comfortable hotel. The staff were very helpful and professional. The restaurant was superb and the room excellent. Bathroom super.

United KingdomIt wasn’t obvious that you could park at the front while you unloaded and got directions to the car parking, which is at the rear of the hotel. The beds have mattress protectors on them which are not very breathable and make you very hot during the night.
We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a stylish new hotel not far from the station. The decor is very contemporary, the room was comfortable and the staff very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant is excellent.

United KingdomWe have stayed here 3 times now. Twice perfect. This most recent stay … there was a smell from the drains in the bedroom, once it , it dissipated. Reception said, they don’t know why it happens and offered to move us. All said, we really love it here. Could be a blip. Overall, 9/10.
Love the open conservatory. Good walks for the dog. Easy parking. Breakfast buffet amazing, so fresh.
