We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The absolute perfect stay! I cannot recommend enough, the hotel is fabulous, the location ideal and the staff so so lovely without being obsequious, nothing was too much for them. The attention to details was tremendous, from porters to reception. You must also enjoy the bar in the dome, fabulous decor! Will certainly return!

Beautiful modern renovation on a historic property. Rooms are updated and modern- bright and comfortable. Staff is great- responsive- concierge staff was superb.
