We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely little quirky hotel. Spotlessly clean with a nice view of the lake. The staff were fabulous - friendly and helpful. Especially the lady at breakfast - smiling and cooking eggs for everyone upon request - a nice touch!

United KingdomWhen having the balcony door open overnight you can hear the nearby bar and restaurant. It can get a little noisy so if you are light sleeper consider the location of your room. I also thought the decor was super weird and not very fitting - but I guess that’s personal choice!
The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice hotel smell and was super clean (not just clean, Monica clean!) I liked the balcony, we had a great view of the lake and park if we turned our heads to the left. I would definitely recommend to people who want to stay close to amenities and to the lake. Good sized room, we had a great time (the weather was a bonus for mid September). Spar shop was a walkable distance and there was a local market on a Sunday.

A small family run hotel, near the centre of Aix Les Bains. Room was very comfortable with 2 balconies (you could just see the Lake from one!) Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel does not offer dinner as there are so many places to eat within 5 minutes of the hotel. Breakfast was in a small side room with special Covid rules in place. Parking in the hotel car park was most convenient.
