Pons is situated not far from the motorway, so convenient location if you are travelling through France. The property, a converted mill, is set in beautiful surroundings with gardens, animals and a small lake. The accommodation was really comfortable with lots of great design features. The main plus point is how relaxed it feels, we had everything we needed - Highly Recommended.

I have nothing bad to say about this lovely place. If I had to mention something I'd maybe like bigger towels and one for my hair ... it's a girl thing ! I really can't find a thing that I didn't like.

Just beautiful! A querky, stunning building with beautiful gardens. The most wonderful host, respectful of privacy, friendly and helpful. Fantastic location 5 minutes off the motorway yet totally peaceful. Comfortable, clean, well equipped. Safe parking. All as described, a hidden gem.

The room was not as soundproof as I would have liked. We were woken up by guests in the upstairs room coming back in the evening and again very early in the morning. Not sure you can do very much about that as it is a very old building

The owner is charming and very helpful. Good position for a stop off on the motorway. Good walking for our dog. Lovely gardens. Really useful kitchen area to prepare some supper.

Could not really fault anything.

Good location, not far from the autoroute. Walking distance to town centre. Accommodation excellent, very comfortable and warm. Gardens beautiful, plenty of places to enjoy our picnic. Breakfast very good with homemade yoghurt and jams. Very friendly host.

Nothing to say here... All fantastic!

This was an absolute find and so we ended up extending our stay! Our hosts were warm, jolly, welcoming & informative, yet, would also leave you to your privacy. The room was spacious and much more than we were expecting, it was clean, tidy, plus humourous, quirky and dog friendly !! Even though Jolysable wasn't far from the motorway, you would never know, you really are 'in' nature. An assortment of rescue animals, (sheep,goats, pigs, chickens etc), were a wonderful addition to this idyllic 'retreat'. Oh..and a small breakfast included... Fantastic!. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Florin and Claire.

No window apart from in the roof. Would have preferred a downstairs room. Attic room slightly claustrophobic for me, no fire escape on first floor.

Fabulous comfy bed, very large quiet room with great facilities - very cosy and warm (it was -5 outside!), lovely quirky design features, super breakfast with lots of coffee, breads, croissants, home made yoghurts, jams, cheeses. Our dog appreciated all the space in the room and he was very welcomed. Location is perfect - we were on our way back from Spain in January and stayed 2 nights - easy to access from the main road and a 15 minute walk (or 2 min drive)into Pons centre for some great bistros(also dog friendly). Lovely historic town with great little market in the centre and amazing dungeon! We wil definitely stay here again en route, a great find, thank you Florian and Claire!

Room has got a very small roof window. I stayed for one night only, so not an issue this time, while for a longer stay it may not be ideal

What an amazing place this is, just beautiful in every way. It was such an experience staying at Jolysable. It was New Year’s Eve and after travelling a full day from Spain, we were very lucky to be able to relax in such a beautiful place. Lovely waking up to hear all the animals in the morning, we didn’t want to leave and cannot wait to return.

Maybe an offer of cereal or eggs for breakfast would be nice as I can’t eat cheese. But this is only a suggestion. There was nothing I didn’t like.

This was an over night stop off whilst travelling to Spain. Best place we’ve found. A real gem x
