Housekeeping could have better..room was spotless on arrival but daily cleaning was hit or miss

Perfect location. 10/15 mins walk to the front. Close to airport on bus only 10 mins. Very comfortable and a great breakfast.

It was a bit cold in the room. Also, wish the hotel provided more toiletries. There were only soap and shower gel in the bathroom.

Polite and friendly staff. Responded to requests fairly quickly. Location is good just about 8 mins walk from the town center and 15 mins walk from the beach.

Suggestion to improve little details Bottle of water in the room must be Sealed (more hygienic) You’ll have a lot of fruits at the breakfast buffet, but I prefer fresh fruit and not fruits in the shirops . Fresh Fruit salad is more healthy. Parking. Bottom to open the door is not easy to find. Maybe better would be to to put a big sign on it.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming and were again early morning and late evening. The hotel rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The hotel is in a good location with only a 10-15minute walk into the centre or to Grande Plage.

Rooms were a tad small but not a problem if you are staying a few days.

Very dog friendly. A doggie gift of ball and biscuits in our room to greet our dog was a lovely touch. Friendly staff. Very good location. 5 minutes walk to Central area. Nespresso machine and kettle in room plus a small fridge. Nicely themed room and room has a unique name. Plenty of places to eat in centre for breakfast etc.

Breakfast VERY expensive €20 per person for the two of us for 5 nights it is €100 The door to the bathroom - we are two sisters but living separately for 20 years so there is a little discomfort to use the toilet or take a shower with the glass door, you cannot shut properly

Everything in the hotel is very nice and clean, the staff is very polite and helpful. We were going to the pool a couple of times in late October but it was always opened for is and towels ready (they have separate towels for the pool and gym) Water, tea and coffee provided in the room as well They also provide coffee machine and fruit water near the lobby Very good public transport from Airport and to other parts of the town

the safe was low battery so we needed room service to replace them (which was excellent). We were let down by the rain, we couldn't use the swimming pool so I hoped we could go to the spa, which was promoted on your website. However I learned that this wasn't true and this partnership didn't exist.

Drinking water in the breakfast room, shower was good, and we had complimentary slippers, we could use an umbrella from the hotel, the gym equipment was very interesting and my husband liked this a lot. We had to postpone our stay due to the sudden death of a very close relative. It was possible to postpone, which we appreciated

Biarritz is a great place to visit and I really enjoyed my stay two night stay at the hotel. The reception staff were very welcoming and gave advice on how to get the best out of my visit. My room had good facilities, a comfortable bed and was clean. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice and value for money. There was a private car park for my car which was safe and secure Overall, a very pleasant place to stay with great staff and easy access into the centre of town. Would definitely recommend

We only used the evening bar once but had to have our drinks in the reception area which was busy and uncomfortable - very odd as the bar itself was situated in an empty restaurant.

Our room was pretty and clean. Breakfast was good and varied. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good. A walk into the town centre but not too far as to be a problem. Pool area was lovely with no difficulty getting seating even though peak season.
