I love all. Location, clean, furnitures. All were beautiful. And host was really kind and nice. He helped us to find good restaurants and helped us to carry our luggage too. He made us really comfortable.

The host is very nice and the room is cozy! We cooked the food there and enjoyed the warming atmosphere, the equipments which host use is good with famous brand, we can feel the thoughtful of host. Moreover, the location is wonderful! We had a great time there!

We stayed (3 persons in 2 separated rooms) In Avignon at the Karouba 31 apartment. His owner Jean Philip deserves special kind words. He contacted us in advance, explained how to find the nearest parking lot, how to walk along the pedestrian part of the city to the house (it located in the very heart of the city). The apartment made the most favorable impression. The interior is tastefully decorated, the kitchenette has everything you need for cooking. The place is quiet and the beds are comfortable. Everything interesting in Avignon is within walking distance. Conclusion: a great place to stay and explore wonderful Avignon.

1 bathroom could do with a shower attachment on the wall so it is not hand held. We were fine to share the shower room so it wasn't a problem for us, but others might be different.

Pretty much everything. Isabelle was there to welcome us, give us great recommendations on Avignon and local places to eat, and made us feel right at home. The apartment itself is centrally located, very spacious, beautifully and tastefully decorated, a kitchen with all that you need, including a bottle of wine they left for us. Beds are comfortable, and there are two bathrooms with 1 WC. Jean-Pierre was there when we left, and helped us with our luggage down to the square to catch our cab. Just keep in mind the apartment is on a pedestrian only street, but only a 5-6 minute walk from where you get off in a cab. All in all, a great experience. We'd stay here again for sure.

This is worthy of the top marks. Perfectly located in the centre of Avignon, 2 min walk from Les Halles car park where you can also get a free shuttle bus to Les Italliannes free car park if you prefer. The apartment is spacious, quiet and well furnished. There is a shower and a bath with jacuzzi jets. The owner met us on arrival and spoke perfect English. He gave us recommendations for the area and left maps, a few provisions and a bottle of wine. All in all, this is a highly recommended place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

No lift to the second floor,

The location is excellent, the host very friendly and helpful, the flat comfortable and very well equipped: very nice attention to details is given with equipment and even lot of things offered by the host, which was very pleasant.

We didn't know how to enter the apartment. We wanted you to tell us in advance what we should do when we arrived.

Location is good.The decor and artistic displays are very attractive and interesting.We are especially happy to see Japanese ukiyo-e and iron kettles etc on display.It is convenient to be able to use the kitchen and have drinks.Host is very kind and gentle. He also gave us information about Avignon and recommended restaurants.And he gave us red wine.We enjoyed our stay here.

The description was misleading about the availability of parking. Also, we did not realize that there were 2 bathrooms that included showers, but only one toilet.

The owner meet us both for our arrival and departure. He was very helpful giving us great food and beverage suggestions as well as things to see in the area. The apartment itself was lovely and so well located. We ventured outside of the city everyday sightseeing and returned to enjoy our evenings dining out and exploring the city.

We didn’t mind the stairs and lack of lift but that might prove a problem for less mobile travellers.

our host was so generous, so kind, so helpful. He carried our luggage up and down the stairs (there is no lift). The kitchen was well stocked - juice, coffee, wine, coffee, breakfast cereal, butter, jam, etc. Quality toiletries provided. Beautifully decorated apartment. Great location.

Location was superb.Our host Jean Phillipe was very kind and helpful.Breakfast juice,jam ,milk,tea,coffee had been left for us.This was particularly useful as we had travelled a long way.Apartment was immaculate and clean.The two bathrooms were fabulous.The decor and artistic displays were very attractive and interesting.The gift of a lovely red wine made our stay perfect.If we are ever in Avignon again we will rebook this gem.

only very minor issue was I was hoping for a washing machine - but I should have realised there wasn’t one from the description.

the photos don’t do this place justice. the apartment is in a traditional building a five mins walk from everything you need to see or do in town. it’s beautifully decorated and maintained with everything you need for your stay. the owner was extremely helpful meeting us on the first day and coming to say goodbye as we left. my kids and I loved this place

The steps to the 3rd floor were nicely spaced and a good height and had a rail.

The location was walking distance from the central train station. Our host met us and carried our luggage up the 3 flights and did the same the day we left. Our host was so kind and generous; left some food to get us through the first day and even a bottle of local wine. The apartment was AMAZING! Very comfortable, roomy and had a full kitchen. The location is walking distance to the local market so easy to cook for yourself if you choose. If not many options to try local food. Wouldn't miss a trip to this lovely city of Avignon and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!
