Although this hotel is very close to the museum, it is still about a 10-12 min taxi to old town or a good walk to the Place Bellecour (although transit from hotel to place nellecour was very easy but not so much to old town). The staff at this hotel were EXCEPTIONAL. All were so friendly and jumped at the chance to assist us in anyway. We arrived early and they provided us with water and coffee and an early check in free of charge. They were always asking how they could help. I don’t remember the last time we felt so welcome by staff at a hotel. The room is small (comfort) but bed is comfortable and has a modern bathroom and a large window that opens for fresh air.

The location is a bit outward the city centre of Lyon, more towards south of the presqu’ile (Perrache), but there is good public transport connection.

Nice hotel in an area you would not expect. They have a project to expand it with more rooms and a restaurant, so it should to look even nicer than what I could see. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

Everything was great and the only thing thing missing is a mini fridge in the room. But the staff being so great, make even this a non issue.

Great new central hotel, modern rooms with balcony, nespresso machine in the rooms, comfortable bed and pillows and many amenities. The centre is close and there is a beautiful little boat opposite the hotel that takes you to parts of the city and there are also restaurant and nice places nearby. But the most amazing characteristic of this hotel is the staff. They made me feel at home, had all the best intentions and they would go out of their way to help and accommodate their guests. One of the days I stayed there, I got a cold and had to stay in They nurtured me and gave me a complimentary meal and made me feel relaxed and safe. I will never forget their genuine interest and care. Many thanks to Kenneth (a true gentleman), Andrea and Alex, they were all so kind. If I would go to Lyon again, I would choose this hotel every time.

Booking advertises that the property has a garage. It is not true. However, there is a spacious parking agrafage a quarter mile away.

Not enough shelf space in bathroom. Location is just so so. It is near the Confluence Shopping Center and the Confluence Museum, but there not many restaurants in the immediate area ( unless you went to France to have pizza or kebab ). Easy walk to trams 1 or 2 where you can get to the rest of the Lyon public transit system.

Nice room, good shower, comfy bed. Staff were really nice and helpful. Room was quiet, even with construction going on all around. Typical cold breakfast buffet was 12 EU but it was pretty good.

think the hotel is expensive for what it offers. The rooms are dark and there is little light. The distance to the center is 2km and the breakfast is very basic.
