How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Everything ok.
Clean and silent room. The position is perfect for the stadium or the theater. Tramway 7 ends just in front of it, or you can take tramway 3 1km from it.

Elevator not working properly. Cot (without matrace) for baby were not installed inthe room, but provided at reception with the blankets - quite disturbing specially if you arrive late at night with lugage and kids

getting to the parking area/situation is very confusing
the room was better than I expected! it was clean and had all the amenities. it was quite nice to have outlets on both sides of the bed.

Got given early check In for free, also location was exactly what we were after as we went to watch the football which was right next door. Was nice to just walk out of the stadium and go straight to the room.

The booking communication prior to stay as I said pay at property but they took it months earlier plus was unaware of a pending charge for potential damages or 1st night cancellation I still don’t really know hope that goes back into my account like they said also tourist tax was only mentioned a day before I arrived but no problem just should be all better in writing to the customer/guest

Bed covers for the sofa bed were 3/4 size and did not cover the bed. We had to wait 40min late at night for the hotel to give feedback they could not help other than a sheet as there were no extra duvets. We made an alternative bedding plan for our boys. The ice cream scoop sizes are by far the smallest I have ever seen, one scoop was about a third of a normal scoop. This is just cheap and unnecessary.
Location is brilliant. Made watching the match very easy. Liked the welcome note referencing the rugby and the mini rugby ball given. Enjoyed the gym.

Evening meal was terrible so didn't eat there the second night but had a pizza. Very slow at the bar which was very busy.
Room was comfortable, location for what we wanted was perfect. Bar served pizza which were good.

its location near the OL stadium is perfect (we were there for the rugby match)! The quick and easy access to public transportation can whisk you to the center of the city within just 30 minutes. The hotel offers a good breakfast. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and always ready to assist us. Overall, I recommend this hotel, especially for sports enthusiasts heading to events at the OL stadium, to far from the airport (20 min. by taxi) and also with convenient access to the city center.

The ventilation shut off in the room in the middle of the night, making sleeping uncomfortable. To their credit, the staff said we should have called the front desk even at 4:00 am.
Very efficient communication prior to arriving to arrange everything. Easy entrance to the property and worry free parking. All staff were highly professional and helpful. Made you feel welcome from the moment you arrive until check out

I was disappointed the company who own the hotel took so much advantage of their pricing. Be careful if you are booking this for events , they are prone to huge over pricing
The location was perfect. Right next to the stadium. Ideal location for the Olympics next year, I'm sure.. the staff were lovely room was fine . 2 metre parking was good but parking is extra cost to add to room cost
