What a pity! Just with a little repair or renovation, this could be a good hotel. Oh, yes and cleaning! The room was not really clean, to put it mildly. The bathroom door did not close. The washbasin sink did not function properly. There were some problems with the toilet flush, but got solved. The windows did not close properly, so there was a constant draught, which basically makes the need for heating higher, so not really an economical solution.

It has a good location, near the shops and 15 min. walk from the city centre. The staff are still at the hight of the situation, though the hotel is far from it. Warm welcome and friendliness, great job receptionists! There is a free and enough parking space. And the bed was really comfortable, so a good point for a good sleep. It used to be a very nice place some 7-8 years ago. We loved it, and are still returning for the good old times sake.

I wish that rooms with a double wed weren't actually two smaller beds put together because the separation in the middle wasn't the most comfortable. I also would have preferred a more complete range of products for the breakfast buffet (saussage, bacon, eggs for example).

Everything went well, check-in was smooth, the rooms were comfortable and well isolated.

We spent the night at the hotel on our way home from France. Very close to the German border and close to the highway. Free parking outside the hotel and fast food restaurants just around the corner for a quick dinner.

Hotel feels outdated and is in need of renovation. Only hotel I've seen that requires a 100€ creditcard reservations on check-in. Did not experience this at any other large hotels chains.

-No safety box in the room -Breakfast buffet was not well-organized, many plates were empty and you needed to tell waitress to refill -It seemed hotel was under staff at restaurant, bussing tables was not good. -Bathroom was out-dated -Hotel charges 100€ security deposit at check in. -Although I had breakfast included booking, hotel initially charged us 100€ extra for adding breakfast to our reservation! The extra charge has been refunded when receptionist talked to the hotel manager. (Not a good customer experience) - No fridge in the room
