Easy parking and close to both Lannion and Perros. The breakfast was a bit of a shambles the first mo, no cups, eggs, or trays. But the following day was good. The Asian/Grill restaurant next door was literally 3 minutes walk and the buffet offered was brilliant. Hotel was excellent

More of a motel, than hotel, very friendly, helpful staff. Buffet evening meal good, breakfast OK. Great for Lannion, and only 10 - 15 mins from the sea. Loads of parking.

Great location. Plenty of parking. Bedroom and bathroom were in good condition. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. Breakfast was varied and of good quality. The evening meal was buffet style with hot and cold options and was sensibly priced.

Water leaked into one of our rooms during a night of heavy rain. The male receptionist was uninterested and unhelpful. The lady who took over from him was extremely kind, moving my Dad into another room and washing and drying his soaked motorcycle gear, clothes and shoes. Two of our party were presented with a bill for their rooms when we checked out, despite me having paid in full for all rooms when we arrived. This was quickly rectified but caused a slight panic!

Lovely garden, convenient parking, excellent breakfast. Rooms kept nice and clean 🙂 Most of the staff were friendly and pleasant.

The area around the hotel is an industrial estate with very limited walkable dinner options, unless you like chain restaurants.

Our fault - but we chose the wrong hotel for us. It's a motel in an industrial estate on the outskirts of Lannion and all the rooms are round a central garden area, which is lovely to sit in but means there is noise from other guests using the bar/restaurant. Room was disappointingly small, dark and hot, although the bed was big and very comfortable, good lighting, adequate storage and easy parking. Breakfast was very good. The man who checked us in couldn't have been more helpful and let us move twice before we found a room that was away from the noise - so we slept well.

Nothing really although garden needed a bit of attention - garden furniture in a pile in middle of grass where they must have been all winter. No doubt they were waiting for better weather to sort it out.

Excellent location, hotel standing in large garden and we had ground floor room opening directly into garden which had been requested as we had our dog with us. Very good selection for breakfast and we dined there on two evenings - a set menu was being which was good value.

There is no elevator, but this is not a problem as there's only a few stairs.

The staff are super nice, they help me call taxi, help us keep the belongings after check out. the environment is quite good, with a big yard, good oak trees. The room is big, with heating, hair drier, and water boiling pot. The housekeeper is quite nice and efficient. And the male reception is quite patient and helpful.

This could not have been better for me. I arrived tired after cycling about 100 km, the staff were super friendly and helpful as I had left my adapter the electric at home. They lent me one so that I could make sure I bought the correct one in the next door supermarket. My bike was safely stored in a function room. Breakfast was super and set me up for an even long ride the next day

The somewhat high price: $295 for 2 rooms.

The property seemed a bit off the beaten path, but the accommodations were more than adequate. And right next to a shopping center where we went looking for raincoats the next morning. And the gorgeous row of hydrangeas outside our window was a lovely sight in the morning. We had never stayed at a Kyriad hotel before. I found the additional elements (toys for the children and children at heart, books for all tastes) very welcoming. And they were nice to accommodate us with a fairly late dinner reservation. What stands out was the all around friendly staff. The gentleman who served us at dinner took the time to give us some tips on places to visit in the region. And recommended some local stores so we could pick up some calvados to bring home to New York.
