That the floor in the bathroom got wet when the shower was used.

Quiet location but very convient to public transport.

Lot's of worn and torn details all over the hotel. Cut tiles, lights not working etc. Fire alarm went off early in the morning. The area of this hotel is very "international".... Garbage innthe streets, graffiti everywhere.

Superior rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Staff is very friendly, paid parking is perfect. For a city the surroundings are reasonably quiet. 20 minutes walk from Prefecture area.

Staff was very helpful, we stayed in a clean and big room. Parking area was nice and quite secure. We haven’t felt any insecure issue in the neighborhood. (Well, we are from Istanbul and it is quite normal for us to not feel insecure somewhere in EU 😁)

They informed me I'd have a shower, but I was provided with a bathtub that lacked any glass or curtain. This resulted in the entire bathroom getting wet, creating a slippery situation that nearly caused me to slip and fall.

I stayed for just one night, and they allowed me to leave my bags since I arrived before check-in time. The room was tidy, the staff were welcoming, and I enjoyed the tranquil pool, which was surprisingly empty when I visited.

The gym wasn’t that well equipped. I didn’t like having to put €100 deposit down- I thought giving my bank details would have been enough.

The pool was much needed and very refreshing but needed some more sun loungers. The room was really clean and nice to come back to. A little far from the old port but easily enough to get there by tram.

We had to make a call to the hotel every-time we needed the parking garage gate opened to enter and then again to exit. Could be an easier way using code or key card.

Clean and fresh and friendly and helpful staff. Could speak English and although very busy and full they were very helpful and accommodated our special requests. Good location close to public transport.

We could hear the couple next doors long and intensive sessions of physical action together. I couldn’t say whether this was because sound travels a lot between rooms or because the couple were exceptionally loud.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was basic but very comfortable. We slept really well.

The carpet in the room was a bit old and worn, some people staying at the hotel were partying so quite noisy in the night. There's some nice bulangieries around.

The pool was nice and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was good sized and the location was close to the Blancard station.

Strange idea in the bathroom - shower without any cover so water was everywhere. No restaurants in the neighbourhood - more in the direction of Vieux Port.

Hotel is in a not nice location . This town wasn’t what I expected to see. Also Hotel’s gym is not like in photos. Gym was very small.
