Frédéric exudes exceptional warmth and kindness. Not only did he graciously accommodate our request to store our luggage before check-in, but he also went above and beyond by offering us a lift to the airport. His recommendation for a nearby restaurant exceeded our expectations, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. Elisabeth's charming paintings and overall décor truly enhanced the ambience of L'Olivette. Our experience was nothing short of delightful, thanks to Frédéric's hospitality and attention to detail.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The property was immaculately decorated with all the amenities you could ask for to have a comfortable stay, including dishwasher with dishwasher tablets, Nespresso coffee machine, modern bathroom and beautiful furnishings. The location was perfect, two minutes from the beach and a fantastic bakery just across the street. Many cafes and bars located on the same street also including a cheap good quality supermarket. The hosts were exceptional and we felt very welcome by their great hospitality. For example, Frederic very kindly gave us a lift to the airport and on arrival, he fully explained where everything was and gave excellent recommendations of places to visit and restaurants.

Elisabeth and Frédéric were perfect hosts: very knowledgeable and more importantly extremely friendly and helpful. They were great in communicating and adapting to our travel delay and they really went out of their way to explain everything about the apartment, and about the city, telling us not only about local specialties like Socca and Pissaladière--but even where to buy and where NOT to. The apartment is well-equipped and is VERY centrally located (but not noisy).

We would like to thank Elisabeth and Frédéric for the great hospitality! Frédéric met us in the apartments, presented all facilities, and provided useful hints and recommendations. The apartments are really equipped with everything we needed for our stay starting from welcome water and coffee and finishing with iron and ironing board so during our stay we want for nothing. The apartments are clean and comfortable. They are located in the center of Nice, 5 mins from the Old Town. We followed Frédéric's recommendations and visited several restaurants which turned out to be really cool. Communication with the host was easy and fast. We have enjoyed our stay in L'Olivette. Thank you!

There truely was nothing not to like.

The location off the property is perfect as a base to get around Nice on foot. It has just everything and was an exceptionally clean and well organised space. The most perfect part though were the hosts, whose welcome and care were exceptional.

Perfect location near seafront , all Nice landmarks and public transport. Apartment was very clean ,with all the amenities . We were family of 4 - 2 adults+ 2 teens . Considering its location , apartment size was just about right and great value for the price . Lovely hosts who were very flexible in accommodating early check-ins and shared insider tips on all nearby dining places. Also waived off security deposit . Pleasantly surprised by welcome gift like Lavender packets . Overall , have bookmarked this place , for my future travels . (hope its soon :)

All we missed was a kettle.

The apartment had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and the host gave us lots of recommendations for our stay. It was situated on a busy street and had a lovely boulangerie just across the road. The train station was within walking distance too. The bathroom was modern and the bed comfortable. We would happily stay again.

It can be a good idea incorporate an A/C in the bedroom as Nice hot days are extreme.

It is a perfect spot to access the beach and great restaurants! It was clean and perfect for small family ! Everything is close and it has all services ! The host service was beyond expectation it made us feel as family !

The apartment has an excellent location in Rue de France. Everything is very close and within walking distance. The proprietary is very kind and is willing to answer all your questions. This apartment is very clean and has all that you need. If you come by car, there is a parking garage "Massena" close to this apartment.
