United KingdomBreakfast could have been included in the price as there was not that much choice + the price was higher than advertised on booking , the pool was not super clean. Also they asked to clean kitchen area which was next to bed and take all the rubbish out which I have never heard of in any hotel or B&b I’ve stayed. As a tourist who doesn’t speak French would have appreciated if the staff spoke English, it was quite hard to communicate.
The property is close to the centre, quite and not difficult to find . Breakfast food was fresh and tasty.

Irelandas room is very long with window on far end it was a bit dark. beds had very soft mattresses for me its a disadvantage. also for a 3 star hotel we were asked to empty bins (bring them to basement!), and clean the fridge. daily room service does not exist as well.

France-No hammam saying it's because of the Covid though these facilities are already open for a lot of time now so it's only an excuse. - a small pool where people put their babies with their diapers which is not so hygienic... - I wanted to book a massage but they had only one available spot which wasn't convenient for me. So overall, I especially wanted this hotel even though it was more expensive than others because of its spa and massage services, and at the end I only got a hot tub and

provision of fridge hob microwave and kettle was good although not used by us on this occasion. The swimming pool was likewise clean and a nice temperature, disappointed that the steam room was not working. The treatments weren’t very well promoted. Whilst access to the underground parking was challenging, it was well worth it in the knowledge that your car was safe from knocks and bumps when using public parking. I believe the parking availability should be advertised more clearly. Self serve breakfast was plentiful and well worth the extra payment.

After reading lot of negative reviews the night before we arrived, my expectations were very low and I almost cancelled but on arrival, the building looked modern and the reception area neat and tidy. The interaction with reception staff was professional and helpful. Checking in was quick and easy. So far so good! Our first impressions on entering the apartment was how fresh and clean it smelled. It was spotlessly clean, had a large sitting room with a sofa bed and a separate large bedroom and large bathroom. (we had booked one for 4 people as we wanted a sitting/tv room, separate from the bedroom ) The kitchen area was well equipped, comfortable, good heating and plenty of hot water. We stayed Thursday to Sunday and found it quiet with very little noise from neighbours. Certainly no more than to be expected when living in an apartment. The underground parking was good and we were warned there was a tight bend but we managed it in our Ford Galaxy down and up which quite a long vehicle. We decided to try out the swimming pool. It had nice warm water and was a good size for a workout. It was about a 10 min walk to the Old Port or local mini supermarket.

The hotel was in a good position with its own parking facilities. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and available when we wanted to swim, also free pool towels were provided.

BelgiumNowhere it was mentioned that the swimming pool has a weekly check-up (which of course is more than useful and appreciated). It would have avoided me to dress my son for the bath and undress him five minutes later.
The hotel is very clean. My son loved the swimming pool (better communication on when it is open would be a plus). The room was really big and met our needs. The equipment was fully functional. Possible to do your laundry yourself.

FranceThe shutters had been left up and the room was very hot when we arrived. Despite using the fan and opening the window as much as reasonable, we were unable to cool the room - if you opened the window fully it was right over one side of the bed and you could have hit your head on it if you had to get up in the night. Because the curtain only covers part of the window, if you open the shutters fully, the room is too light early in the morning. The bedding was rather heavy for summer use. In all, we didn't sleep well. It was a shame, because the bed was comfortable and we were very tired. The bathroom is huge but doesn't have a bath, and the shower cubicle is small - a large man would have difficulty. Not well-designed.
Reception was efficient. Everything was very clean. The selection of food for breakfast was good and the lady who served breakfast (because of covid regulations we couldn't approach the breakfast buffet ourselves) was helpful.
