The hotel location is superb. It closes with public transportation (Metro and bus). The staff were also very helpful. She helped us to order a cab when we checkout for the train station. The bed is comfortable. We slept very well.

The only negative was the small size of the room.

Excellent staff and very good breakfast buffet. The reception desk was extremely helpful. The room, although small, was clean and fine for a couple of nights. The location was close to Paris attractions and very safe.

Yes a very cozy place, modern , clean . Rooms are small but so is the majority of hotels in paris Receptionists are available 24/7, and very Helpful . They speak good English It has a cozy Gym as well The Location is Superbe just few minutes walk to Champs elysee.

Everything was fresh and clean, the decor was lovely and the staff were very helpful. The surrounding area had some fantastic bakeries and restaurants and the metro was a short walk.

Beautifully maintained, lovely bathroom with rain shower, delicious breakfast and incredibly helpful and cheerful staff, especially Ingrid at reception. The beds were very comfortable and the tea making equipment in the room very welcome.

The superior double room was very small, we hardly had space to keep our luggage open. Toiletries amenities were very limited.

The room decorations are pleasant and make the room bright and new. The shower facility is excellent. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. location was excellent. Did not try the breakfast.

First of all, the hotel itself is in an excellent location, with a good connection to the metro station. The hotel staff is very helpful, friendly and always positive. From the staff, I would like to give special praise to Katarina and the employee at the reception for their communication, cheerfulness and service, phenomenal service. The room was clean, tidy and always perfectly arranged. Internet always full signal. The furniture can be seen in the attachment, everything in its place.

Overall, we had a great experience! A major highlight was the reception staff - very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was recently renovated - shared areas and rooms look very nice and the atmosphere is soothing. The rooms are small, but very clean and the bed/pillows are very comfortable. Also, the location is great - the neighbourhood has good restaurants and provides easy access to the main points of interest in town either by public transport or on foot.

There was no hair conditioner and body lotion. I travel with my shampoo and conditioner so it is not a big deal but as a frequent traveler I heavily rely on hotel body lotions! ;)

The hotel was renovated two years ago but it is still of excellent standard. The decor is gorgeous, super clean and smells lovely! The breakfast was delicious and had variety. The staff were all extremely polite and helpful with anything you needed.
