Our room was rather small, but al least the bed was nice

It is a really cool and cozy Hotel with a great lounge. The coffee and breakfast were superb and the staff is really nice and friendly, they will also help with any Paris related questions to make your day easier. Our room was clean and there are some clever ways of storing your luggage

La Chambre du Marais is a tiny jewel box where details and service reign supreme. We loved everything about this pretty hotel in the heart of the Marais. The staff could not have been more friendly or attentive. Our room was tiny but pretty, spotlessly clean and very efficient. Outside, the Marais was busy and noisy, but all was peaceful and quiet inside. We will definitely stay here again.

I was surprised at how small my room was, barely large enough to open my suitcase had I known I would have booked a larger room. Other than that everything was great.

Overall the hotel was simple and lovely the staff attentive, rooms well appointed and clean. They do not serve meals other than breakfast which I did not eat but looked delicious.

Lovely little hotel in La Marais. Nor really full service but very nice design and very friendly staff. We loved it. Room size was ok but it was one of the superior rooms. We loved our stay.

Room was a little small for the bed and you could do with a mirror at seat height for ladies to do their make up... Also the water is expensive. But we loved it.

The furnishings were very small and it was difficult for me to get comfortable in the tiny chairs or to sit comfortably at the very small tables.

The hotel staff were great, i liked the decor throughout the hotel. Our room was triple glazed that kept street noise to a minimum. The bathroom in room 11 was very clean and attractive. The breakfast was excellent. The location in the middle of Marais was convenient .

The WiFi is weak and not secure. We have found that WiFi strength in many hotels in Paris is weak, probably because the walls are so thick.

The location is wonderful. We had a room overlooking the Square du Temple. The beds are very comfy, and the room was immaculate. The staff are very helpful. The decor of the hotel is appealing.

Small room (you’d struggle with one suitcase). Very stuffy. No towels on arrival, nor water that was supposed to have been in minibar.

Poor service at checkout. Pictures and ratings in advertisement did not match what I experienced. The room was extremely tiny with little space to put suitcase. I’m not a fan of carpet especially old carpet. I was told by staff I can put my luggage under the bed. There was no luggage rack and barely any place to put or hang clothes. It had windows that allowed me to open and let the place air out. The room did not smell fresh maybe it was the dingy carpet. They tried to charge me for two lemonade that I did not drink. I did not even have breakfast at the hotel or use the minibar. The manager was upset that I was upset of them accusing me of taking lemonade from minibar. Seriously. No apology or anything. I did not want anything food wise from the hotel. The breakfast was €20 for sugary drinks and baked goods. I had much nicer breakfast with omelette, cappuccino and croissant at the cafe at the corner for €17. The pictures on the website are dated. It probably was a nicer hotel at one point. They need to get rid of carpet and get hardwood flooring. I’ve never stayed at a hotel without luggage rack. Last, it was difficult to sleep due to plumbing noise and the sound of water running behind the pipes.

The location in Paris and restaurants and shopping nearby. I could open the window in the room. Bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. They provided slippers so I did not have to step on dingy carpet.

We were given two room keys and only one of them would work, even after we went down and got a new one. There is a constant plumbing noise coming from behind the wardrobe at all hours of the day.

Quality of the room was very good — sheets, towels, robes, slippers, water pressure.

cold room-it was winter, cold and windy outside, but my room window has NO blinds or shutters. The chilly air just sneaked in. Plus the inefficient heating, I didn’t have a warm and comfortable sleep

The room was appalling. So small you could hardly move around at all. There is no reception, the public areas are too small and it feels more like an up-market B&B than a hotel. How this could be called 4* is beyond comprehension. It's 3* if we are being generous. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel because, apart from being twice the price of a good cafe, it's served in a shockingly small and dark room.

The bathroom was good. The coffee was free...and very good.

The location was quite bad, dirty streets smelled with urine, about 40 min walk to city center. I find the price is too high for such a location.
