The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a good choice of breakfast items. Comfy beds, huge rooms with plenty of space. We were on a wine tour so found the hotel to be excellent and having their own wine tasting and cellar in the centre of the region. We all had a very enjoyable stay.

A couple of things we didn’t think the breakfast was good value and not up to standard of the establishment, would like a freshly made pot of coffee for the table, not a pot shared by the whole room and 2 small pats of butter not adequate We had the discovery menu the first night and it was delicious as normal but we had the Signature menu the second night night unfortunately a couple of the dishes were disappointing,our Veal was extremely tough and sinewy very hard to cut and the dessert an Apple and dill Macaroon was not well balanced and the dill killed the taste of the apple

We have stayed here many times over the years ,perfect for a few day visiting the wineries of the region The staff are welcoming and friendly especially Samantha the New receptionist and the waiters in the restaurant A very pleasant stay

For me the water pressure wasn't good enough. And in the morning too much light enter the room, i covered the windows, but it wasn't perfect.

The crew was nice, the room was big and lovely. They notified us before that the restaurant is full for dinner, and make sure we order somewhere else.

Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and furnishings. Reception was excellent and drinks on the patio were nice. This hotel has a lift, vey important to senior travelers.

Road a bit noisy but think it was because it was harvesting time ?

The location was fabulous , beautiful village with great winerys. We found a path direct to the vineyards was just amazing ! The food at the restaurant was excellent and good value for the quality , Michelin standard !

The breakfast was really great and plentiful. very good atmosphere. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant the evening of our arrival. The food was fabulous of a set menu. The wine was great and the experience was made memorable by the family staff that run the restaurant and hotel. Exceptional night.

Breakfast was poor . Cook your own pancakes No top up of Coffee Fruit Salad was not refreshed each day. Offered two slices of cheese but again did not look fresh Croissants were small shop brought ones and were cold . Dinner was a set menu which we found difficult as not much we liked .Quite expensive as well for what you got .

Lovely location and our room was lovely .It was on two floors with an open stair case up to the bedroom with another en suite . Good choice of wines on the wine list . Very friendly and helpful staff.

Parking spaces near the hotel were limited. We were able to park nearby, but the walk to the car park could be a problem for anyone of limited mobility.

A very friendly and helpful welcome. Diner was superb and the waiters were attentive. The room was comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was of good quality, the welcome from the waitress most friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast

Nothing, it was wonderful.

Really lovely staff/owners. The very best thing about this hotel is their restaurant. We sat outside and had the four-course speciality menu. The food was outstanding. It was the main reason we booked this hotel and we were really impressed. Huge wine list and the help of a knowledgable sommelier. The room was huge and comfortable. Large bathroom and an excellent shower. We'd go again. Breakfast was basic but perfectly acceptable and the staff were fantastic and really friendly :-)

Couldn’t fault anything.

The welcome we received when we arrived, all the staff were so friendly and attentive. The room was large and stylish. The bed was so so comfortable with wonderful bed linens. The shower was gorgeous with fantastic monsoon shower. Dinner on the terrace was lovely and the food was truly exquisite. It was the last day of our holiday and was a perfect finish.

I turned up for breakfast at the time I had given reception, 07:30, the woman in charge of breakfast had 08:00 on her list so wouldn’t let me in. It would have made no difference to her but I guess it made her feel important in some way. She also ran around huffing and puffing for no reason and when I asked for more coffee made it seem like I shouldn’t be asking for more.

Nothing really. We were travelling for over 1 month with light luggage, so it would have been nice to have shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. The shops were handy as with the laundry mat, so we got sorted.

We really enjoyed breakfast. There is not a lot of options near so, sorting breakfast before heading off for the day is best. Our French is limited, but the staff were warm and we negotiated with each other without fuss.
