The only note to make is that the chalet heated up quite a bit in the sun, and during the night the room stayed uncomfortably warm. Having said that, it was exceptionally hot for the time of the year, so not sure what the hotel could have done to address this.

The staff and service were great. They were very warm, welcoming, and quick. The location is gorgeous, and the view is magnificent. The restaurant is highly recommended as well: for a very reasonable price you get a really special gourmet menu, with high quality wines. Loved it!

Second time here, amazing little hotel, very much attention to detail making you feel home. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Location is perfect to discover the area, going to skiing and also trekking in spring. The indoor pool is amazing for apres-ski. Lot of nice restaurants nearby and also the cozy St.Gervais des Bains The hotel restaurant is also excellent (we tried it during our previous staying). Overall totally recommended! :)

The restaurant was very popular. It was overpriced and sells on a Michelin name. As usual expensive for an average pleasure.

Beautiful location, lovely staff. The restaurant on premise was out of this world. The swimming pool was relaxing. Enjoyed the walks around the hotel and quick walk to nearest town. Unforgettable experience!

Very nice proprietor, helped us with a broken down motorcycle by making the connection with a neighboring chalet and two friendly Dutchmen who towed the bike to our chalet. The proprietor cooks every night and invites all his guests for dinner on the terrace - met some nice people that way. The chalet sits away from the road in a nice meadow surrounded by trees. We enjoyed relaxing under the trees, having breakfast on the terrace and especially the cool mountain air and the absolute stillness.

The staff were beyond excellent. Not only we’re they kind and helpful, but also worked with my family and i despite knowing any French. Everyone was extremely pleasant. Further, the rooms are beautifully decorated with quality furniture and decorations.

The only difficulty was driving along & up a narrow road but the reward at the hotel of view, accommodation & food was absolutely worth it.

The staff, location, food & room were all excellent. I made a late booking as I was uncertain about my travel arrangements & I absolutely enjoyed my stay. My room was excellent with uninterrupted views of Mt Blanc. I had the tasting menu & enjoyed all the dishes which were presented perfectly & explained to me by young enthusiastic staff in very good English. The food was excellent. This was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I have ever had & I am certainly very keen to return.

As we are used to very hard mattresses the mattress on our bed was very soft. It is a matter off opinion, though.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Every member effortlessly made the extra mile to make our stay as pleasantly as possible. The meals are exquisite.

A last minute booking for a stopover on route for Italy. We got a superb upgrade on the room booking. Fabulous spa pool with views over the Massif du Mont Blanc ! Delicious breakfast and gourmet restaurant to boot ! Thanks to all the staff for being so attentive and welcoming.

I can't remember when I have recovered so much in such a short time. The location, the ambience and the staff played a big part in this. Simply being is very easy in this place. Not to mention the culinary delights with which Romain Desgranges delighted us. The best regional products in the hands of a highly experienced chef and a dedicated crew become an outstanding taste experience here. The view of the majestic Mont Blanc completes the experience. A pleasure for all the senses
