The apartment is renovated to the modern standards, it is super clean, and it is well equipped (there is everything one may need, including a washing machine, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine, and even a jacuzzi! There is a spacious shower. The bedding is super comfortable. Everything was really perfect. Thank you so much!

It is a great location in the old town so there is sometimes noise at night. The apartment is on the second floor so if you have big cases it is a mini workout. But dont let that put you off.

Brand new (Jan 2023 stay), nice design for a rental. Clean. Host did a good job Location is central but no car access which means that you have to carry your suitcase on cobblestones (50m) and climb 2 flights of stairs. To be considered when booking.

The facility is quite untidy, the walls are smeared, I will attach photos in a wellness apartment, you will be greeted with 2 towels in total for two people for two days, no small ones, that's it. A large deposit is taken in case you leave dirty dishes, it says how much you will be charged, but when you come to the apartment with a dirty oven, then clean it because you will probably be charged when you leave. I sent pictures of dirty walls to the owner, to which he commented that they know about this problem, I have chat messages. Those walls haven't been painted in years, it's not a problem since a month ago. The object is far overpriced and is not worth even half of the requested amount. when someone asks for a high deposit, high quality of service is also expected, this apartment is only beautiful in the pictures. It is located in the old core of an old building, which, in addition to everything, has an unpleasant smell that can be felt in the apartment as well. Mostly bad experience.

I didn't like the fact that there was only 2 shower towels, no hand towels, no bathrobe even if the property is listed as 'Spa' which i really don't know why....(even 2 star hotels have hand towels available but not here) There's one bathtub with jets. Does it qualify as a Spa when you don't even have a dry towel to use after your bath since you used it in the morning for your shower??? There's also no thermostat for the radiators. I exchange with the host and he said they are controlling the temperature of the apartment & radiators which is not convenient at all. It was chilly in the morning at 10 am with all the radiators being cold. Guests should have the option of controlling the temperature inside the apartment as not everyone is confortable with 21 degrees.

There was no sheets / bedding for the sofa It was hot and had to open windows Super noisy all night long.the neighbor in the building across was screaming on the phone all night . The bar downstairs is the watering hole of every drunk in the city

The washing machine was not working and we needed it. That is one if the main reasons we booked the apartment. Also when i tried calling the provided number it was going to voicemail which was annoying to me as customer, the only way to communicate it was via booking.com text messages. if the washing machine is fixed and there is someone to pickup phone calls , this could be a 10.

The appartment looks pretty new, it was very clean and is located in central location. There is more space compared to many hotel rooms in Lyon for this price. There is a big bathtub with spa, spa was working very well.
