My wife and I are travelling with E-bikes and we need a save place for the bikes. The owner took his car out of the the garage and we could put our car with E-bikes in the garage! We had a wonderful stay in the centre of the town in in a wonderful room. The breakfast was partly homemade and very good. The owners were very friendly and helpful and gave us a good advise for the restaurant

Everything! An oasis off a busy street but parking was not a problem. A beautifully decorated traditional town house/ home. .A calm and airy bedroom with a comfortable bed and crisp linen. Breakfast was superb, all homemade. Hosts were charming, interesting and helpful. The simple touches such as flowers on the table and a fire in the dining room just added to a perfect stay. Thankyou.

There was not a thing I disliked.

Comfort, amazing style, very chic, quality of furnishings, architecture, breakfast. Luc & Laurence are very attentive and welcoming I could go on but I will leave it for you to find out. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay at a wonderful property this is more than bed and breakfast.

A more powerful or effective fan would have been very welcome, it was super hot in Niort when we were there, and the fan we had wasn't quite powerful enough, but it was a very minor issue.

The hosts are so welcoming and accommodating, they were very kind and we really enjoyed chatting with them. We didn't want to leave! The house is just beautiful, and the room was comfortable and large. Everything was very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was healthy and delicious, the perfect way to start the day. If we ever have a chance to go back to Niort we will definitely stay here!

A beautifully maintained and stylish property which has been restored to exceptional standards by Laurence and Luke. Large, light and airy rooms with ours looking over a peaceful garden. Big windows that open to give a pleasant breeze with long linen curtains to give privacy along with shutters for the night time. The bathroom was to a high standard with a superb shower. The breakfast was home made produce and delicious. Parking on the road outside the property was easy and free. The hosts were welcoming, pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. It was a pleasure to stay here and share someone’s house.

Everything! An absolutely beautifully restored house in a perfect location for the city centre and the station. Free parking was very easy in the street outside the property. Our large and very comfortable room was on the second floor, with fantastic views of the garden and city beyond. Beautiful en-suite shower room with wonderfully scented soaps and shampoo. Our hosts, Laurence and Luc, could not have been more attentive and provided us with a fabulous breakfast, including homemade brioche, pancakes, jams and yoghurt made freshly by Laurence each day. Simply superb.

Beautifully decorated town house full of original features and chic. Really big bedroom with lovely en-suite. Breakfast was great - local produce freshly prepared by our friendly hosts. Great location for our visit - attending Niort Jazz Festival.

Little to dislike: but it’s a grand old building and you will have to carry your bags up the staircase.

We had a lovely experience here; we booked for one night and wished we’d stayed longer – not only is Niort a great town, this accommodation was superb. The owners were charming and welcoming; the rooms full of antiques and inventive artistic detail; the breakfast delicious and full of offbeat homemade goodies. The location is good, too – it was possible to park on the main street outside, yet within a few minutes we were enjoying the historical centre.

the building dates back to 1860. It´s in perfect conditions. The rooms are wide and very welcoming. Very nice place to stay at if you are lookig for an accomodation with personality. The owners of the house are very nice and charming. Delightful breakfast - complete home made (home made jam, omlette, yogurt). It it happes to go back to Niort, I will certainly chose this accomodation again. Very pleasant stay!

What can i say wow! 11 out of 10 .the house is incredible the decor is palatial and the breakfast was so organic and locally produced,homemade jams. and cakes.The hosts were incredible.Just a short walk into town close to the train station and parking outside only downside they dont charge enough👍
