We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bath did not work - I filled it for at least 15 minutes and it was still only 5 inches full. I don't know if the problem was the plug or the water pressure, but there was a problem. if you had been looking forward to a bath and then couldn't have it, that is a bit sad. finally, there was a kettle etc. to make tea - but no milk: even condensed milk would be good. given that at least half the clientele were English or American, this was an omission.
good breakfast buffet style, but good choice and good service. I am always slightly disappointed with breakfasts in France - the bread and croissants could be warm, which would make an immense difference. Breakfast is the last impression one has of a place and should therefore be exceptional. But this was a better than normal example.

United KingdomWe checked in earlier that 3 pm but no mention that we would be charged an additional 10 euros for the privilege, which considering the overall cost seems a bit mean. If we had been advised we would have come back later. No dress code whatsoever in the dining room with people in tatty shorts and flip flops, that might have been just one party who were extremely loud and spoiled our very expensive meal. Others were a little smarter but still in Jeans. We were under the impression that smart shirt and Jacket was required so that needs amendmending in the information
