We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Maybe it would be better if they could close some days one of the two restaurants and on others days the second one, but you pay and expect a Relais and Châteaux and having both restaurants closed during two days is disappointing.
The rooms are fantastic! they have done an amazing job to preserve the historical building. the entrance is also fantastic.

GeorgiaThere was no internet at all in the room :( Midnight Climate system switched off and it returned only by morning. Breakfast is awful and miserable. Petit dejeneur offered for two person, is not the one, you can have normal breakfast
The edifice is amazing with its history and traditional restaurant. Facade is impressive with Bartholdi statue. Bedding was wonderful and bath amnesties were pleasant.
