We had a wonderful stay with Fabrice & Thierry. The rooms were spacious & comfortable with tea, coffee and bottled water available in the room. The rooms were serviced each day and breakfast was delicious with fresh fruit, juices, cereals, yoghurt, pastries and cooked eggs just some of the available options. We also chose to have dinner each night and were so glad we did. Absolutely delicious. Fabrice and Thierry are not only great hosts but excellent chefs as well!!

We had an incredible stay at La Maison Leonard and couldn't recommend it more highly. Everything about this place is perfect: it is in the middle of the Loire Valley region in the cute little town of Blere, the hosts are extraordinarily attentive and provide a divine home-made breakfast daily (featuring delicious French toast), the decoration of the place is perfect and the rooms are beautiful, extremely comfortable and quiet. The dinner they offer is stunning and homenade, and they are fabulous cooks - please do yourself a favour and book it if you're staying! And their wine and beer list is excellent - the white wine they recommended was the best I had in France. Fabrice and Thierry are amazing hosts and we can't thank them enough for our wonderful Loire getaway!

Our second time and loved it just as much ! We had a wonderful dinner on the terrace, the room was lovely and a great breakfast - so many personal and thoughtful touches from extra water , welcome glass of champagne and help with planing our day .

Stylish old house in the middle of Loare valley. Spectacular interiors with very interesting wallpapers and old furniture. Very comfortable bed, modern bath. Perfect tasty breakfast (especially scrumbled eggs and home made jams). Possibility of dining (five days a week) - home-made food with a twist of fine dining. Good choice of local wines. And last but not least wonderful, friendly, helpful hosts. We have felt rather like friends not a clients.

Beautiful and very clean property with private parking a short walk from center. Rooms are spacious and artfully decorated. Each room has everything you need to make yourself Nespresso or a nice tea. Bedding was luxurious and yummy. Nice size en-suite bathroom(shower) was well lit, great water pressure and temperature with easy to use controls. Host was warm, welcoming,and so very helpful! Breakfast was delicious and served beautifully. We were lucky enough to also have dinner one night and it was fabulous! So glad we discovered this gem. We will come again.

Absolutely nothing needed to be improved.

This amazing property is located in a small town within easy reach of Amboise, Tours and many areas of interest in the Loire. The decor is gorgeous, the rooms are spacious and the evening meals are not only delicious, but excellent value for money. Fabrice and Thierry have created a beautiful oasis of calm here and are consummate professionals when it comes to looking after their guests. Fabrice is a fountain of knowledge about areas to explore in the Loire and at breakfast each morning he discusses the guests’ plans for the day. We were so pleased that this was the final stay in our 4 week sojourn because nowhere else would have met our expectations after staying here.

Let alone a superb location to visit Chenonceau, Cheverny, Amboise, and other places of interest in the Loire Valley.

Everything was fantastic! Up there with the best hospitality we have had. The hosts really know how to welcome guests. They were very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and very clean. We loved the breakfasts, there were so many delicious options. The had room 5 and it was such a sweet Attic room. The bed was very comfortable and the lovely shampoo and body was in the bathroom was a treat. There is an option to book in to have dinner there and I would recommend that, the food was awesome. Thank you Fabrice and Thierry for such a wonderful 4 nights.

The owners are very knowledgeable about the area and help you to get in contact with local businesses. The rooms are spacious and kept very clean. The back garden is a wonderful place to relax anytime of the day. And the dinners they prepare are wonderful.

We liked everything.

Breakfast was nice and very promptly available. There was a nice selection of breakfast rolls, pastries, yoghurt for self service. The owner started each meal with fresh OJ and a fruit plate along with your choice of hot beverage. My husband had scrambled eggs each morning too. I really only care about coffee which was lovely. House and grounds were lovely and quiet. Our room was really beautiful and the shower was very nice. Their back gardens were very pretty with plenty of places to sit. Dinner was fabulous and served on their terrace. As we came out into the garden each evening before dinner our hosts always greeted us and offered us a glass of champagne to start off our evening. You definitely want to have your dinner at their house. It is delicious, beautifully presented, very filling and a great value. What makes this a unique property are the hosts - they are wonderful! I wish i had contacted them ahead of time to ask for their suggestions on planning our days before our arrival.

A stay here is like being welcomed graciously into a tastefully decorated French home. Breakfasts were great! One morning, a Belgian waffle with raspberry cream - plus the croissants, fruit, fresh OJ, etc. The hosts also did something I've only experienced once before: a 3-course dinner, here served on the patio. Delicious! A lovely end to the day, overlooking the garden.
