Lovely Hotel with a huge living room and small kitchen. Was right near the beautiful Tete D’or park but a bit of a hop to coffee shop’s restaurants etc

We had a great stay with our children of 3 and 4 in this hotel. Perfect set-up, clean and stylishly decorated. The hotel is in a green and residential area, close to the zoo, botanical garden and the museum of modern art. The option to park in the garage is also great. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff were highly professional, the room was comfortable and modern, and the breakfast was delicious. We had spacious accommodations for our family of five and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids especially liked how close we were to Parc de la Tete d’Or! We were able to walk there and give them a chance to get their wiggles out.

Dinner wasn´t as great as breakfast.

Breakfast were great, large selection of everything. Family room is quite spacious, two completely separated rooms together with kitchen - we were totally satisfied with it.

The heating in the bedroom was set very high and could not be controlled in the room - it woke us in the night We had to remember to ask for the sauna to be switched on

1) Price for dog stay was not communicated in advance, which was 50 EUR for 2 nights for our little doggy, and not even a water bowl or a treat was placed in the room. 2) Note in the kitchen about 60 EUR cleaning cost if not left at original state. It made clear if we had to wait for a dishwasher to finish the cycle to wash some glasses before checking out. 3) There was a table in a kitchen but no chairs. In the kitchen the tiles in the corners looked dirty, we assumed it was only some non removable glue, but it still was uncomfortable to see our doggy laying on top of it.

All as in photos just slightly smaller. Big windows. Comfortable dinning table and chairs. Cozy lights all over the place. Comfortable bed, very nice bathroom.

Suite comfortable, spacious and clean. It has everything you need. Personal was really nice and polite. Breakfast was good (had better ones in other hotels though). A bit pricey in my opinion. Overall, really nice hotel for a business trip in Lyon!

I loved the breakfast, awesome quality and variety. They even had juice processor for a concentrate shot. The boil eggs could be done freshly at the cooking point of choice :-)

- the room is spacious and comfortable. - the staff is really nice and helpful. I forgot my daughter’s blanket in the hotel and asked them to find and send it back to me in Thailand. They are really helpful and support.

Only a shower would have preferred a bath. There were no bath robes or slippers in the room. The restaurant and gym were closed for the holidays over the Christmas/ New Year period. Which seemed unusual as the hotel was full.

Suite was very comfortable, clean and newly decorated. Great to have a kitchen that was well stocked. Breakfast was very nice and the breakfast staff were welcoming and friendly. Great location if you want to be close to the park. Overall excellent, would recommend and definitely go back.

Location-wise, the hotel feels like in it's in the outskirts in a residential area. In order to find restaurants or coffee shops you'd have to walk at least 10-15 min out. But you will find a large bakery in that radius that has amazing baked goods. Metro is 15min walk.

Our suite was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I think we were in a renovated space and it was great. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There was a bus stop a block away from the hotel that could take you to the train station.

However, the restaurant was a huge letdown. The Italian burger was soggy with barely any cheese, and the excessive pesto overwhelmed the entire dish. Additionally, the fries were undercooked. Based on this experience, we wouldn't dine at the restaurant again.

We always choose this hotel for our trips, mainly for its large, apartment-style rooms and the excellent location near the park. The breakfast is decent and meets our expectations.
