The lighting in the communal entrance/staircase area of the building was quite dim and at night you needed to be very aware to ensure your own safety.

We were greeted by our friendly and informative host who showed us around the apartment. It was well appointed with everything anyone would need when on holiday - there were even two umbrellas available for use as required - the apartment had a modern feel with well equipped appliances. The position of the apartment was central and enabled easy access to all modes of public transport. Most attractions were within easy walking distance.

This place is ideal for a city break, we couldn't complain about anything.

The location was spot on, right in the heart of the city. Easy to get everywhere. The place felt very safe and secure. The host was great and gave us a quick run-through and then left us to it. Flat was really nice.

Everything! Perfect location and what a great appartement for a family stay. A gem right in the middle of everything! Felt totally at home from home! Cooking, washing, attention to details made my stay so enjoyable .Everything is provided in the kitchen so as a mum I didn’t stress at all! Could not found any flaws after a week. I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to stay in Lyon centre and have a great time in this beautiful city. High-end Shops,Restaurants,Bars, Supermarkets at your front door. Quite creaky floor in some rooms but it is an old building so to be expected.

Excellent location and fabulous comfortable apartment. Only me and my two siblings were staying but could sleep up to 8 including sofa beds so masses of room. The apartment was beautiful and clean with comfortable beds. Our host gave us instructions to get into the property then met us the next morning to check we had everything we needed and collect the city tax.

Impractical shower door meant a rather soggy bathmat but a very minor inconvenience compared to all the positives.

Location is perfect! Everything you need is very close to the apartment. The public parking garage is just 100m from the house.

The host, Evelyne was very prompt and responsive via whatsapp with any questions we had, and coordinating a time to get the keys. She gave plenty of tips around Lyon, and the location is in a nice quiet part of the neighborhood. The place is conveniently near metro, and bus stops. It is also walking distance to downtown, oldtown, and plenty of good restaurants. It is right across the street from a very good bakery with flan cakes (pistachio flavor was the best).

Parking is only in the garage at the cost of 30 euros per night, small one way street with very limited ability to even drive up to the apartment to load/unload. Checkout time of 10 am is very early.

Location in the center of the city is great. The host is very welcoming, punctual and friendly

Delightful, stylish, spacious apartment in a great location. Everything about it - furnishings, equipment, facilities - had been carefully and sensibly planned. Good local shops - boulangerie, supermarket, even a quincaillerie, all with friendly, helpful staff. Evelyne is a welcoming and helpful host who has created a superb apartment. It will be first on our list mext time we visit Lyon.

The apartment is located in the heart of the City. Most attractions are walking distance. Very safe neighbourhood (day and night). The apartment is very spacious. The host (Evelyne) was very helpful, even allowed us to do a late check-out without any extra cost. I recommend this apartment 100%.
