First of all, I liked the good nature, positivity and responsiveness of the owner Philippe. The breakfasts he prepared from natural products were not only very tasty, but also charged with positivity for the whole day thanks to his company. Everything in the hotel is thought out to the smallest detail. An ideal place for solo travel.

Philippe, the host, made us feel welcome immediately. As we only booked 1 night (stop-over) we were planning to get a pizza closeby. However, he convinced us to take the metro to the old city center instead and we did not regret! It takes about 30 minutes to reach the center (20 minutes walking, 10 minutes metro). The area is very safe and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with homemade mermalades, yoghourt and chocomousse. Bathroom is shared but there are 2 bathrooms for 3 rooms so don't worry about a long wait to take a shower 😊

I liked everything about the stay, the host, the facilities, the well equipped rooms and very well thought put in, in the designing and comfort levels of the apartment! I truly loved it and exactly needed a space like this before a 10hr journey! The host also ensured I ate breakfast and went out of his way to make the efforts 🙏🏻 Thank you for everything!

I had zero dislikes.

Phillipe was incredibly welcoming! Clean and very comfortable. The place had more than enough space for 2 adults and 3 children. Parking space more than large enough for a large suv. We choose to go to the recommendation for dinner and that was lovely as well

The only complaint is that it's a solid 15 minute walk to tram or metro. I think there might have been some bus stops nearby, but we didn't have time to explore all the alternatives. But this is a minor complaint.

Very secure parking (locked gate) which is rare in Lyon. The owner/manager is great, he walks you through all the features of the room. He also stocks a self-serve fridge (brilliant idea) with a coin box to pay (he has beer, snacks, yogurt, etc.). Plus the shared kitchen is also well stocked.

We travelled with our 2 children, a baby and a 2 year old, which is always a challenge. There was a misunderstanding, and to solve it, Mr Phillipe offered us an extra room! Breakfast was also gorgeous!

The rooms and bathroom are tiny and the pictures on the site appear bigger. The price is exaggerated, all the more than the location is several km from the center. The rooms are in apartments located in three story buildings with some 15 flats each. The bathrooms are shared.

Message to all who want to book accommodation in this facility: Good to take care that the rooms have a COMMON BATHROOM !!! In today's time of pandemics and viruses in the 21st century, sharing a toilet with strangers is inadmissible !! When I booking, due to the health intervention I had the next day, my priority was to have my own toilet. The owners of the accommodation did not state that almost all the rooms were without their own toilets. By chance looking after the reservation I realize that only some rooms have their own toilet. I call the owner and say that I want him to return the money (he can't because of the booking rules), or leave the possibility of coming another time (even that is not possible)! After my disapproval, the owner changed the description of his rooms on booking and states where there are, and where there are no toilets (at the time of my reservation it was not stated) Unprofesional!
