I had a problem with the room service lady. When I came to the room, she is in the room for tidying the bed and for cleaning. When she is making up the bed, she had put the pillows on the floor. And when I asked what she was doing, she started to yell and told me to get out of the room. She took the pillows from the floor(dirty ones) and put them on the bed. And she started to make up the bed, I stopped her and told her to change the pillows, she became very nervous and called the reservation guy. After this, she changed all the bed items (pillows, sheet, etc) with the clean ones. I do not want to imagine what she did in the room before when I did not see.

Breakfast was good and enough. Location is good, very near to metro station. By walk 2 minutes. Reception guys are so kind and smiling. No problem with the check in and check out hours. Hotel was silent, no irritating sound.

The room was so small as expected. Compared with the room, the bathrom was bigger. The window overlooks the building space.

Excellent location. Metro station and the bus stop are so close. You have many alternatives for the markets, patisseries, restaurants, etc.

the problem with soundproofing. I heard everything what was going in the next rooms. Very noisy and very annoying when try to sleep, one the neighbours took a shower at 12pm another one woke up at 6 and I heard his alarm

On the last day the check out was 11 am. We went to have breakfast and after I wanted to have a shower, before the checkout, but the housekeeping took out all the towels from the room. Receptionist doesn't want / can't speak English.

The location where the hotel is was clean and tidy, safety for the tourist. 10 mins walk from the Louvre.

The cleanliness is an issue. There was a toenail in my sister’s bedding and the towels were a tad old and stained. I would definitely take my own towels next time.

Still a pathetically small lift, but maybe that's the way it is in all hotels in Paris at this price point, and probably not really his downfall, it's mine because I can't afford to stay in a more expensive hotel.

This was my second visit to this hotel, this time staying in a room on the other side of the property, and it felt as if the interior was a little bit newer than last time. Much less noise too, last time I stayed I listened to the mating sounds of the young couple next door all night. This time it was quiet the whole time. The front desk was also very friendly.

Bathroom is cold because there is no heating. Shower door is a bit narrow.

Central location with easy access to public transport and lots of shops, bistros and bars. Room size was ok for Paris. Enough space to stow things away. Good heating. Very clean and comfortable. Overall friendly staff and it was easy to book another night. Good value for money.

The partition between rooms is not soundproof, so you can even hear the little noises from the neighbors

The man in the reception was very not welcoming and very rude ( not professional for a hotel), the lady that stayed in the night time was very helpful, sweet and cute.

I likes almost everything. The rooms might just be a little small...

I really liked the friendlyness of the whole staff. The hotel is also very central, close to all means of transportation, shops and cultural places.

The walls are very thin and I could hear other people in the room speaking. And the room is not sound proof so could hear music and traffic from the street. In addition, when I checked in, I asked the receptionist if breakfast was covered with the room and he confirmed it was. That morning, when I stepped into breakfast, the lady took my room number and wasn’t informed that the breakfast was charged. Upon check out I had to pay 15 euros for breakfast ( which was basic, I had coffee and one croissant) if I was informed correctly by the receptionist or the breakfast lady, I wouldn’t have gone down to breakfast. This was disappointing especially that the lady at reception, made it sound that I have misunderstood and that the other receptionist did not inform me the breakfast was part of my package.

The room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Very well located and central.

The lift was broken, and I had 12 flights of stairs to get to the sixth floor. It was absolutely horrible.

Breakfast was average. Did not cater to people who had food allergies.

Nothing really, bathroom a bit dated but shower was brilliant

Location is fantastic, walking distance to The Louvre & other great attractions. Loads of lovely cafes very close by, & a great bar right round the corner. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. Great strong shower.
