The only thing that I would have liked was a slightly larger room, but because you are hardly there, it really doesn't matter that much! It really was a great place!

The hotel and location were fabulous along with the helpful staff! It is very unique and has many cute areas to relax like the courtyard and eating area.

I found the bed very easy to sleep in, but the room and common areas design was a huge turn-off, just beyond tastelessness to my eye. No door in the bathroom, so you sit on the toilet in the corner of your room beside a tiny partition. It would have been ideal if the design wasn't so dramatically kitch. I'd recommend updating it to contemporary Asian or Middle-Eastern standards to attract more clients, otherwise, everything was lovely.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. You also have complimentary apples and oranges, cakes, doughnuts, coffee, and tea throughout the day in the lobby. They also served drinks in the evening of the weekend I guess (didn't have time to try). The lobby is nice and has a pretty cozy inner courtyard. Not to forget the location - you can reach most nice restaurants and bars on foot, a Monoprix just next door, less than 30 min to the CDG, etc.

The room size is on the smaller side. However, they organized the furnishings so that we could make it work. No plug ins for my hair appliances in bathroom. There was one for shavers etc..

Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was exceptional, we felt welcomed. The restaurant on property was wonderful. Great atmosphere all the way around.

Absolutely nothing

Did a super quick 3 day trip with my mum- had a wonderful time. Managed to lock our suitcase by mistake and the hotel technician sorted it out in seconds and also forgot to book a car for the airport and only realized 40 mins before we were meant to leave and once again the reception staff sorted it out super quickly (and on the day of the Paris marathon..) cannot praise this hotel enough and will definitely be staying again whenever we are in Paris xx

The bed is pretty hard. Otherwise a great place to stay.

We had the only connecting 2 rooms in the hotel. Nice balcony and plenty of space to come back to after exploring Paris. Right next to multiple metro stations too.

The staff from the manager down were brilliant and very helpful. The rooms were good in size and very clean. The free soft drink bar in the room and free soft drinks and tea and coffee provided free of charge every day from 2pm as well as the free cakes were very welcoming after a day of sightseeing. The hotel location has plenty of places to eat and bars in the area as well. Also only situated about a 100yds from the metro, making it easy to get around Paris.

Nothing really. Only small issue is the room I was in would have been a squeeze for a couple, but as I was on my own no problem. Also no savoury snacks available downstairs, which would have been nice.

Really great location to get to and then to my meetings the following day. Staff were helpful and all spoke good English given my lack of French. Room was very clean and tidy and well stocked complimentary mini bar. Also soft drinks and snacks were available for free downstairs and I met a client there. Also you can use other facilities at other hotels in the chain during your stay in Paris which is great if you need to use a toilet or just to stop for a refreshment.
