Nice, clean, friendly and helpful staff. We chose the hotel due to proximity to La Defence Arena and it was very convenient. Approx ten minute easy walk from Metro. Area felt safe and fairly quiet. Some nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

Rooms are small-ish, little space for larger luggage. Bathrooms are very clean but tiny as well, although ok size by Parisian standards.

close to Porte Maillot and metro, practical if you need to be in Neuilly, La Defense or western part of Paris. 35mn door to door from Le Marais Clean and comfortable, good breakfast, recently refurbished, good noise insulation.

Incredible location, clean and spacious room, bathroom was clean and stylish with RITUAL toiletries. The sauna and steam room were excellent. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We opted for the breakfast which had a wide selection and fresh produce. C’etait fantastique!

Loved this hotel and this location. Neuilly-sur-Seine is a wonderful place to stay. I prefer the restaurants and shopping in this area more than the busy, over-touristy areas of Paris center. It is a 20 minute walk (3 minute cab ride) to Arc de Triompe and we had a tour starting there that evening. It was convenient to arrive from the airport on the shuttle bus, and the hotel arranged a private shuttle back to the airport when we departed. I had requested to use the sauna/steam room upon my arrival (months before in an email) and Medina (the best hotel desk person in Paris) had it arranged for us and warm and ready when we arrived. She talked us into breakfast and it was delicious. The room, small, but cozy with big windows letting in a lot of light. We were upgraded to a balcony (with early check in). This will be where I stay when I come back to Paris. Medina also gave good shopping pointers.

Great hotel, close to so many things in Paris. The staff were all exceptionally friendly. The room was clean, and well layed out, and breakfast was delicious as well. We loved the location are considering this as "our" place to stay during our next visit.

The only thing I missed was a proper espresso machine. They served Nespresso both in the breakfast room and the guests rooms. Other then that, everything was perfect.

Located in the peaceful and charming neighborhood of Neuilly sur Seine with plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. My corner room was very spacious.

The location of the hotel is ideal if you take the Beauvais flight 5 minutes walk to the station.

Great small hotel. Attention to details, clean, friendly staff. Parking right in front. Located in the quaint Neuilly neighborhood. 4 blocks from the metro. Quiet at night. We used this as a base to walk to the Louis Vuitton museum and other parts of Paris.

I personally like BIG rooms, but that is another level of price in Paris and elsewhere. Room is equipped with a big and comfortable bed, coffee/tea machine and small bar. Bathroom is spacious with a well-functioning shower.

Clean, Modern and design atmosphere, rare in Paris. Slightly off center but very well linked by bus and underground. Easy access by car (underground garage in vicinity). Nice and quiet neighborhood with quality shops. Buffet breakfast offers plenty of choice. Meal space is fairly tight but comfortable. Helpful staff. There is a small spa area available (I did not use)

Due to staff shortages, we were delayed checking in by nearly 3 hours. As we were in the middle of a terrible storm, this issue left us in the lobby for a good while. The layout of the rooms makes some areas fairly tight to navigate and as a bigger person, the toilet was very low and pushed tightly into the corner, making it's use a gymnastic affair.

The location was perfect with beautiful views of the area from all the rooms we booked. The bed was huge and the shower was super powerful. The rooms were very clean and finished in a modern way. Concierge/Reception staff were friendly and welcoming, while always eager to help. Local bars and restaurants were on point and a nearby Carrefour handled a lot of the amenities we needed. Big mention to the team at Le Marly, a local bar, who kept my in-laws very happy throughout our stay.

the room space a bit too small, compare to the huge toilet. There is little space in the room for 2 person. but we only stayed for 2 nights and during the day time we were outside. for this purpose it is good enough.

nice location, very clsoe to the Theater where we want to watch the musical show. (10 mins walk) nice bus&Subway connection to city center and train station (Paris nord)- bus to train station is right in front of the door! the room is clean and we can find restaurant and supermarket nearby.

The pillows weren't great, a little too puffy for my liking!

Room was a comfortable size with a generous bed. The spa was a nice touch. We arrived a little early but were welcomed in with a coffee and a cake and waited 20 mins while our room was prepared.

I was hoping to get in early after my overnight flight but the room wasn’t ready till after 2 pm. I understand that’s the hotel policy but it’s pretty rough to wander around sleepless for 5 hours waiting to get into the room.

This cute hotel was a ten minute walk from the local conference center, but so much more charming than a standard chain hotel, and more affordable! The pop art in the lobby was great, the staff were friendly and helpful (and English speaking), and the room was very clean and comfy. The in room Nespresso was also a nice touch.
