Staff are exceptional and very friendly. Lady at reception took note that it was our anniversary and went above and beyond to make it special for us. Clean and spacious rooms, free coffee and tea in the rooms. Location is amazing with a bus stop right outside which takes you to the Eiffel Tower, also there is a metro stop 10 minutes away by foot!

Modern contemporary hotel in quiet neighbourhood. The staff were all accommodating and very friendly. The rooms were quiet big for a hotel in Paris and has lift and air-conditioning. Very good amenities and so clean. Love the Nespresso machine in our room.

Small rooms hard for two people to pass by each other.

Excellent full continental buffet breakfast with diverse and high quality choices. Walking distance to the Arc de Thiomphe and the Eiffel Tower. Large park nearby. Many restaurant options nearby.

The single lift got sometimes blocked during day hours by the cleaning staff. The dining area is somewhat limited.

The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I would like to especially mention great attitude and personal approach of receptionist Médina who was always smiling, offering various assistance, or helping all the travellers to get to their destinations during a general strike in Paris. A personal touch was a present and congrats note on my birthday, it was a great surprise and moving moment. Moreover, the breakfast selection was excellent, great idea is to replace a bottle of water in the room every day.

Cozy little hotel situated in a lovely residential neighborhood and only a short walk from the Palais des Congrès convention centre. Well appointed rooms, excellent breakfast, a mini-spa (sauna and hammam) and delightful, helpful staff.

Super clean and modern hotel with helpful staff. You can walk to the Arc de Triumph in 20 mins and a regular bus takes you from right outside the door to the Eiffel Tower within around 20 mins.

The ONLY complaint I have is that the size of the bed (king size and very comfortable!) takes up a lot of room and thus restricts somewhat mobility in the room. The rest of the room is very well planned with a cupboard/amenities space with coffee machine/safe etc) Bathroom is modern and functional and everything is "designed"

This is a "design" hotel, It was renovated within the last 3-4 years and decorated with a certain flair- trendy and chic! This is my third stay there. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well kept and maintained. It is located in an appartment block in the Neuilly neighbourhood, which is a quiet upmarket and relaxed area of Paris. Take the bus which stops in front of the hotel (43) and plunge right into the heart of Paris in minutes (Etoile/Faubourg St. Honoré/Haussman etc).

The hotel was a bit far from the nearest tube station and I found that the price of the room was really high for the services offered at the hotel (no eat in facilities except for breakfast, small spa)

Small space of the desk, and the tiny stool.

The location was in a quiet place, which I liked. There were a small supermarket and a handful of bars and eating places nearby. Did I need to carry luggages from the metro station? Yes, but to go to CDG airport, I just get on a taxi in front of the hotel, and it was just a short drive for the taxi to get onto the motorway. The bathroom size was just sufficient.
